Who am I?
As a member of the Customer Care & Credit leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping and rolling out the overall customer care vision.
Your role optimizes the 'Order to Cash' process, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. The manager identifies improvement areas, leads initiatives, and collaborates with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential.
Your key responsibilities - Analyze and improve the entire O2C flow - Identify issues, analyze benefits, and propose solutions. - Ensure a customer-centric approach to improvements. - Collaborate with BPO, Key Users, IT, and operational teams. - Monitor performance via KPIs and dashboards. - Manage and improve SLAs. - Develop and implement a process standardization and simplification - Drive O2C tool improvements with IT (Kepler BPO, facilitate other tool roadmaps) - Coordinate and/or test on new projects and recurrent system improvements needed
