What you'll do: Are you ready to work hands-on with the magnets that keep CERN's accelerators running? The Magnets, Superconductors and Cryostats (MSC) group of the Technology Department (TE) designs, onstructs and measures the superconducting and normal conducting magnets for the CERN accelerator complex. The group is also in charge of integrating magnets into the CERN accelerator complex, designing and procuring magnet cryostats and performing magnet quality control. In addition, it provides operational support for magnets, magnet performance and related devices such as current leads. Within MSC, the Normal Conducting Magnets (NCM) section is responsible for the design, construction, ommissioning, maintenance, and upgrade of the normal conducting magnets for present and future CERN accelerators and beam lines. As an Aftersales Accessories Specialist, we can offer you a dynamic, international environment representing a strong brand. You will be responsible for further developing the sales and marketing of a wide range of car Accessories & Lifestyle products in close cooperation with the dealers and colleagues at the company. You will also act as the product owner and drive the development of the Lifestyle and Chemicals product portfolio across our seven Northern European markets. Key Responsibilities - Developing and coordinating communication campaigns in Accessories & Lifestyle with brand management in Finland and Baltics - Developing dealership point of sale standard for Accessories & Lifestyle products - Responsible for developing and managing the Lifestyle and Chemicals product portfolios across the Nordic and Baltic markets - Being an important link between National Sales Company, Area Managers and dealer - Increasing awareness and attention to Accessories & Lifestyle at the dealerships on management level - Providing dealers with top-of-the-line training, best practices, and technical support - Being an advisor regarding basic technical information - Continuously updating product launches and changes in the accessories range for dealers You will succeed in this role if you have - A sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset combined with strong commercial and technical understanding - Experience in the automotive industry as well as with industrial chemicals (cleaning and lubrication products) - Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English - Strong communication and presentation skills - Solid Excel skills and analytical capabilities (SAP knowledge is considered an advantage) - A proactive, self-driven and team-oriented approach, with willingness to travel Join us in a role where your skills in marketing and sales coordinating will shine in the automotive industry. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead Accessories. You will work as part of a multinational team where the company's working language is English. Proficiency in Finnish is required. Proficiency in any other Nordic or Baltic language is considered an advantage for the role. The role requires approximately 20-30 days of travel per year within Finland, the Baltics, and Stockholm, as well as occasional participation in events outside of regular working hours.
