L'unité Les Bambous est une unité à démarches avancées, spécialisée dans l'accompagnement de personnes présentant un double diagnostic : handicap mental et maladie psychiatrique. Avec la personne soignée, nous travaillons à mieux comprendre sa pathologie et à renforcer ses compétences pour gérer les activités de la vie quotidienne. En partenariat avec le patient et son réseau, nous construisons un projet de soins et de réinsertion.

• Tu es titulaire d'un bachelier en soins infirmiers ;
• Une formation complémentaire en prise en charge du double diagnostique constitue un atout important pour la fonction ;

4YOU(th) is een intersectoraal samenwerkingsverband van jeugdhulp-, welzijns-, GGZ- en VAPH-partners dat jongvolwassenen tussen 16 en 24 jaar ondersteunt die dreigen vast te lopen in dak- en thuisloosheid. 
Via een intensief en integraal traject werken we rond wonen, welzijn, netwerk, school of werk en financiële stabiliteit. Binnen dit multidisciplinair team brengt het JAC expertise binnen om jongeren opnieuw perspectief te bieden.

Wat doe je als JAC'er binnen 4YOU(th)? 

• Je begeleidt jongvolwassenen naar meer autonomie en stippelt samen met hen een traject uit vanuit hun noden, krachten en leefcontext. 
• Je combineert een praktische aanpak (inkomen, administratie en wegwijs maken in systemen) met een relationele en contextuele benadering (verbinding met het netwerk, herstel van relaties en uitbouw van steunfiguren).
• Je werkt nauw samen met partners binnen hulpverlening en neemt actief deel aan structureel en inhoudelijk overleg binnen het team en het bredere netwerk. 
• Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers. 

• Een hulpverlener in hart en nieren met JAC-DNA 
• Je bent creatief, denkt out of the box en sluit vlot aan bij de leefwereld van jongeren. Humor en authenticiteit zet je bewust in binnen contacten met jongeren.

Als bemiddelaar in familiezaken begeleid je gezinnen en ex-partners tijdens één van de moeilijkste momenten in hun leven. Je zoekt samen naar oplossingen waarin het belang van het kind steeds centraal staat.

• Je informeert ouders en ex-partners over mogelijke procedures en oplossingswegen bij het uit elkaar gaan, zodat ze een weloverwogen keuze voor een traject kunnen maken; 
• Je start en begeleidt bemiddelingstrajecten (ouderschaps- en scheidingsbemiddeling).
• Je stelt verzoekschriften en bemiddelingsovereenkomsten op en formaliseert ze.
• Je verwijst door naar de meest geschikte organisatie/partner.
• Je vertegenwoordigt CAW in relevante netwerken en bouwt bruggen naar andere organisaties.

• Je beschikt over een erkenning of opleiding als `bemiddelaar in familiezaken' (ervaring is een plus);
• Je hebt een grondige kennis van familierecht (procedures, ouderlijk gezag, verblijfs- en kostenregeling kinderen, persoonlijk onderhoudsgeld, ...) en kan dit vertalen naar een welzijnsgerichte aanpak; 
• Je kan omgaan met diverse cliënten en complexe situaties en zoekt altijd naar oplossingen die recht doen aan alle betrokkenen. 
• Je bent meerzijdige partijdig, kan integraal- (oog voor de impact van scheiding op de verschillende levensdomeinen en waar nodig gepast doorverwijzen) en contextueel werken (impact en invloed van de scheiding op en door de verschillende betrokkenen (kinderen, grootouders, nieuwe partners, ...)

Als eerstelijnshulpverlener ondersteun je mensen in kwetsbare situaties. Je luistert, brengt hun hulpvraag in kaart en helpt hen opnieuw grip te krijgen op hun situatie.

• Je maakt deel uit van het volwassenenteam binnen de eerstelijnszone Druivenstreek; 
• Binnen je generalistische hulpverlening begeleid je cliënten bij het behouden of stabiliseren van hun woonsituatie. Je werkt rond woononzekerheid, dreigende uithuiszetting, woonvervuiling en andere woonproblematieken, vaak in combinatie met complexe psychosociale situaties;
• Je voert onthaalgesprekken en helpt cliënten om hun hulpvraag helder te krijgen;
• Je ondersteunt cliënten in het zoeken naar stabiliteit, perspectief en gepaste hulp; 
• Je gaat, waar nodig, op huisbezoek om de context van cliënten beter te begrijpen en ondersteuning dichterbij te brengen;
• Je werkt nauw samen met lokale partners en woonactoren om cliënten en hun context de juiste hulpverlening te bieden; 
• Je zet je sporadisch mee in op ons preventieaanbod (infosessies, vormingen);

Your Mission

As a Customer Success Manager – Supply Side, you will play a key role in shaping how Mercell partners with its supplier customers. This role reflects the evolution of Customer Success at Mercell moving to a more proactive, value-driven partnership that brings us closer to our customers and their everyday challenges.

You will support suppliers in finding, responding to, and winning public tenders, while working closely with them to understand their business goals and success drivers. As part of the Customer Success team, reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead in your region, your focus will be on helping customers realize tangible value from Mercell’s solutions, strengthening long-term relationships, reducing churn, and enabling sustainable partner growth.

• Manage a defined customer portfolio, including scaled or high value strategic accounts

• Drive product adoption and clearly communicate customer value and outcomes

• Ability to deliver low-touch, digital-first customer engagement 

• Contribute to renewal readiness by ensuring customer questions, blockers, and risks are addressed well ahead of renewal cycles.

• Partner with Sales, Product, Value Delivery, and Marketing on renewals, expansion, and customer feedback

• Act as the ''Voice of the Customer'' to inform product and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (ideally 3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within SaaS in a B2B environment.

• Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts with a focus on value delivery and retention. 

• Data-driven mindset with experience using ticketing systems, CRM and Customer Success tools.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer lifecycle management.

• Fluency (written and spoken) in English and at least in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Finnish
