Are you a natural organizer with strong administrative skills and the link between sales, our consultants, and the client? Would you like to work at the heart of one of the most innovative Cloud Native IT companies in the Netherlands? Then we're looking for you!
What are you going to do?
No two days are the same, but your goal is always clear: to ensure seamless administrative processing and flawless onboarding for projects and assignments. Your specific responsibilities: - Contract & Order Management: You are responsible for reviewing order confirmations. As soon as the signatures are received, you immediately create the orders and projects in our system. - Proactively Manage Contract Renewals: You closely monitor the expiration dates of current contracts. You proactively follow up on these renewals with brokers and clients, and ensure that the new contracts are reviewed and signed in a timely manner. - Communications Consultant: You are the administrative point of contact for our consultants. You inform them about new assignments and clearly communicate regarding contract extensions. - Onboarding & Compliance: You handle all aspects of onboarding a consultant at a client site. This includes entering identity information, requesting a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), and initiating and monitoring comprehensive screening requests. - Client documentation: You ensure that specific client documents are accurately completed, signed, and uploaded to the various client portals.
