How You’ll Make an Impact As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact. * Develop new business concepts to increase overall profitability. * Support SE regional organization in reducing non-conformity costs, increase productivity and efficiency in our grown market. * Develop of internal programs (incl. setting deadlines, tracking progress and assessing results) to support business targets. * Collaborate with other portfolios/ businesses/ regions to ensure best practice sharing across the organization. What You Bring * First experience in project management, consulting, auditing, or internal program management * Strong interpersonal skills and communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and the drive to lead internal programs * Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome * A master's or doctoral degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working * Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
