As a CNC operator, you machine aluminium precision profiles found in aircraft, satellites, electric cars and medical equipment. Not mass production, but custom work where a dimensional tolerance of ± 0.02 mm is no exception, but the standard. You turn and mill in three shifts at a manufacturer in Venlo. You work in the machining department, with a modern machine park full of fully automatic and semi-automatic CNC machines. The profiles range from Ø 3 mm to Ø 180 mm, with wall thicknesses from 0.25 mm. Everything here revolves around precision. - You operate preset turning and milling machines, for both series and single pieces - You machine up to seven products at the same time and keep track of everything - You re-clamp products and check them with measuring instruments - You work on various machines, including those from Hermle, Matec and Chiron - You identify deviations and intervene where necessary
Want to go further? Through internal training you can grow within the CNC department, for example towards setting up or programming the machines. What we ask of you - You are precise, eager to learn and level-headed - You have technical insight and can read a technical drawing - You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (in connection with safety on the work floor). Good English and / or German is also an option. - You are willing to work in three shifts - Experience with product inspections or machining is a strong advantage What we offer
