Als LIMS Application Owner ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de goede werking, verdere ontwikkeling en toekomstgerichtheid van ons Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Je bent geen klassieke people manager, maar de inhoudelijke eigenaar van het platform. Je brengt structuur in een bedrijfskritische applicatieomgeving, bepaalt prioriteiten, verhoogt de voorspelbaarheid van softwaredelivery en stuurt externe ontwikkelpartners scherp aan.
Je combineert technische bagage, sterke analyse en operationele daadkracht. Je zorgt ervoor dat LIMS niet alleen stabiel draait, maar ook evolueert in functie van businessnoden, kwaliteitseisen en internationale schaalbaarheid

Wat doe je concreet?

Je bent eigenaar van het LIMS-platform, inclusief performantie, stabiliteit, integraties en verdere evolutie.
Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt een duidelijke functionele en technische roadmap voor LIMS.
Je structureert de vraagstroom vanuit de business en vertaalt die naar heldere, gevalideerde requirements en realistische planningen.
Je voert regie over softwaredelivery: prioriteiten, scope, releaseplanning, kwaliteit, timing en budget.
Je implementeert een meer gestructureerde release- en projectaanpak, met duidelijke kwaliteitscriteria en voorspelbare oplevering.
Je stuurt externe softwareleveranciers en IT-partners aan op inhoud, timing, kwaliteit en engagement.
Je bewaakt architectuur, samenhang, onderhoudbaarheid en technische risico’s van het platform.
Je analyseert incidenten, supportbelasting en terugkerende fouten, en zet structurele verbeteracties op.
Je zorgt voor betrouwbare documentatie, change control, validatie en compliance binnen een gereguleerde labo-omgeving.
Je werkt nauw samen met labo, QA, operations, management en IT om processen te verbeteren en te harmoniseren.
Je ondersteunt de verdere uitrol en standaardisering van LIMS binnen de internationale groep.

Wat verwachten we?
Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in IT, engineering, wetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting.
Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een rol rond applicatie-eigenaarschap, IT-delivery, business analyse of applicatiebeheer.
Ervaring in een labo-, productie-, kwaliteits- of andere operationeel kritische omgeving is een sterke plus.
Aantoonbare ervaring met:
-functionele analyse en requirement management
-aansturing van externe softwareleveranciers
-delivery governance en release management
-applicatie-integraties en gegevensstromen
Je hebt voldoende technische maturiteit om leveranciers inhoudelijk uit te dagen en technische keuzes mee te beoordelen.
