Your Mission
As Group Controller, you will join our Group Finance team in a broad, hands-on role spanning financial controlling, FP&A and finance operations. Your work will cover areas such as cost controlling, reporting, forecasting, cash management and working capital.
You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and the business, taking ownership and contributing where needed. This is an opportunity to build on your accounting or audit experience, broaden your operational understanding and grow across several areas of finance.
Core Responsibilities
Contribute to financial reporting, analysis and controls, ensuring reliable numbers and useful insights.
Support cost controlling, budgeting and forecasting in certain areas in close dialogue with the business.
Support with cash management, cash forecasting and working capital to support day-to-day financial operations.
Contribute to effective operations around transfer pricing and inter-company financing; internal cost allocation, internal funding and other financial management on legal entity level
Improve processes and ways of working, combining attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
Strong experience (ideally a minimum of 3-5 years) in accounting, auditing or financial or business controlling, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis. Big4 background is an advantage.
An interest in moving closer to the business and developing broader experience in financial reporting and operations.
Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and data. Experience with Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across teams.

You are curious, structured and enjoy getting things done. You take responsibility for the quality of your work, ask questions and are keen to understand how the numbers connect to everyday operations.

Your Mission
Our Account Executives are at the heart of Mercell’s mission. You’ll be a trusted advisor to public sector customers, guiding them through a value based buying journey and showing how Mercell’s solutions can help them achieve efficiency, compliance, and real impact for society.
You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads (both inbound and outbound) to running demos, managing tender responses, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

Core Responsibilities
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across your market.
Translate the business pains of the organization into a value based selling approach to drive large strategic engagements.
Own the entire sales journey from first contact and discovery to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and upselling.
Confidently demonstrate the value and impact of Mercell’s SaaS platform to organisations of all sizes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, using insights to optimise pipeline and sales performance.
Stay ahead of developments in the local and European public procurement landscape to uncover new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience (ideally 3-5 years) managing a full B2B SaaS sales cycle, preferably to the public sector or highly regulated industries with a tender driven sales motion.
Strong experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation with demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment where priorities evolve.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German or Dutch.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with public procurement, tendering, or compliance-driven buying processes.
Experience working in an international or multi-market sales environment.
Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on long-term customer value.

- Vous réalisez les plans et les schémas électriques en ce compris le métré du matériel mis en œuvre
- Vous développez les programmes API, l'imagerie HMI et assurez la mise en service de ces programmes

Vous pouvez devenir acteur d'un grand service public bruxellois qui gère une des ressources les plus précieuses, l'eau.
Au sein d'une de nos équipes techniques, vous contribuez à l'entretien et la mise en place de nos réseaux, et vous êtes chargé de :
- Installer et entretenir les canalisations destinées à la distribution de l'eau ainsi que les vannes et accessoires
- Installer les bouches et bornes d'incendie
- Exécuter des travaux de terrassement, blindage, maçonnerie et pavage lors de l'accomplissement du travail ou de la mise en ordre du chantier
- Utiliser le cas échéant de petits engins mécaniques et pneumatiques (cobra, dameuse, etc..)
- Mettre hors service et remettre en service des tronçons de tuyauterie par la manœuvre des vannes du réseau
- Interpréter et mettre en application les instructions données sous forme écrite, schématique ou sur plan
- Prévenir les riverains des interruptions de la distribution
- Mettre en place la signalisation de petits chantiers selon les directives du responsable d'équipe
- Vous avez une expérience en fontainerie de minimum 6 mois OU vous avez une formation qualifiante en fontainerie
