This joint report is prepared by a joint working group of the Education Bureau (EDB) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the European Qualifications Framework Advisory Group (EQF AG) (namely, the Joint Technical Group (JTG)) that has conducted a detailed comparative analysis of the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF) and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning (EQF).
