Functieomschrijving – Student Chauffeur (Uber)
Als student chauffeur sta je in voor het veilig, correct en klantvriendelijk vervoeren van passagiers. Je rijdt met één van onze bedrijfswagens en werkt volgens een flexibele planning die afgestemd wordt op jouw studies (dag- en/of avondshifts mogelijk).
Je rijdt voornamelijk in de regio Antwerpen. De wagens staan op een vaste locatie, waar je deze afwisselt met collega’s.
Je ontvangt je ritten via de Uber-app en zorgt ervoor dat elke rit vlot, veilig en professioneel verloopt. Veiligheid staat altijd centraal – voor jezelf, je passagiers en andere weggebruikers.
Je vertegenwoordigt ons bedrijf op een professionele manier en zorgt ervoor dat elke rit aangenaam verloopt.

PRG Belgium zoekt een georganiseerde, communicatieve en oplossingsgerichte Crew Planner voor het productieteam in Tildonk. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, boeken en coördineren van de juiste crew voor PRG-producties. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke job tijdig en correct bemand is met interne crew, freelancers, contractors en stagiairs.
Daarnaast waak je erover dat alle planninginformatie, callsheets en planninggebonden administratie volledig, correct en up-to-date zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met Project Managers, Account Managers, Productie, Finance, HR, andere PRG-vestigingen en externe crewleden.
Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt ervaring in planning, crewing, productieplanning of een gelijkaardige operationele rol.
- Ervaring in live events, AV, entertainment of touring is een sterke troef.
- Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en kan prioriteiten stellen onder tijdsdruk.
- Je beschikt over sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel, oplossingsgericht en bereid om bereikbaar te zijn wanneer producties of last-minute wijzigingen dit vereisen.
- Je begrijpt de noden van crew, Project Managers, Account Managers en klanten en werkt klantgericht en collegiaal.
- Je bent voldoende assertief om duidelijke afspraken te maken met interne en externe crew en haalbare planningen te bewaken.
- Je hebt goede IT-vaardigheden, inclusief Word, Excel en planning- of ERP-systemen.
- Ervaring met Crewzone/CZ, Oracle, WinHits of gelijkaardige systemen is een plus.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Je gaat betrouwbaar, discreet en nauwkeurig om met persoonlijke gegevens, beschikbaarheden, tarieven en productie-informatie.

Your role
As Sales Manager at Fluves, you will be the commercial driver for the continued international growth of our Marlinks cable monitoring solutions. Your mission is to convert technical excellence into long-term customer relationships and revenue. You will work closely with our delivery, portfolio and development teams to bring the Marlinks product suite to the world’s leading offshore wind operators, utilities, and developers.
What you will do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle: from lead qualification and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing (for new and existing accounts) in the offshore wind sector.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international prospects across Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific, with a focus on developers, cable owners, operators, and EPC contractors.
- Represent Fluves and the Marlinks product line at industry conferences and events (e.g. WindEurope, Global Offshore Wind, offshore energy summits), strengthening our brand and expanding our network.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of territory plans, set ambitious sales targets, and report pipeline progress and market intelligence to the Head of Marketing & Sales Team.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating market feedback into product and service improvements in close collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Who you are
You bring a combination of commercial drive, technical curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills. You:
- Have 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in offshore energy, cleantech, industrial monitoring, or related deep-tech sectors.
- Are comfortable selling complex, technical solutions and can translate fiber optic monitoring into tangible business value for engineers, asset managers, and executives.
- Are proactive, self-driven, and energized by building new markets from the ground up — you are a hunter and a builder.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Fluves and the Marlinks product line confidently at senior levels and major international events.
- Are willing to travel internationally (10-15%), to key markets in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.
- Are fluent in English. Additional languages are a strong asset.

Your role
As Field & Operations Technician, you will be part of the Fluves delivery team. You will support the practical and technical execution of customer projects, both on-site and from our Ghent office.
You will prepare, execute, verify and document the installation of fiber-optic cables and electronic equipment at locations in Belgium and neighbouring countries. You will work closely with project managers, technical experts, subcontractors and customers to ensure that delivery work is carried out safely, reliably and in accordance with Fluves’ quality standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is independent, responsible, customer-oriented and well organized.
What you will do
- Prepare and support fiber installations based on customer information, technical drawings and internal requirements.
- Brief subcontractors before work starts, provide practical guidance during installation, and inspect and document the quality of the completed work.
- Splice fiber-optic cables and repair damaged cables.
- Record installed fiber routes and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Prepare, test and configure equipment before shipment or installation.
- Mount devices and prepare hardware for customer projects.
- Prepare shipments and ensure that project materials are complete, correctly packed and properly documented.
- Maintain and organize the Fluves warehouse, including equipment, tools, test setups and project materials.
- Support project managers with practical technical tasks before, during and after project execution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, subcontractors and colleagues.
- Help ensure that installations, equipment and project documentation meet Fluves’ quality standards.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, identify and report hazards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our working methods.
- Act as Fluves’ operational lead on site and help ensure that Fluves personnel and subcontractors work in accordance with our safety and quality standards.
Who you are
- You have a solid practical technical background, ideally through a technical bachelor’s degree, graduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- You are hands-on and comfortable working with technical equipment, power tools, cabling, racks, sensors and electrical components.
- You work carefully and have a strong eye for detail, particularly when documenting installations, inspecting work or preparing equipment for customer projects.
- You have a strong safety mindset and are willing to obtain the necessary safety certificates and training.
- You are responsible, reliable and well organized. When you take on a task, others can trust that you will follow it through properly.
- You can work independently and adapt to unforeseen situations in the field, while knowing when to ask for support or clarification.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, subcontractors and colleagues.
- You are comfortable working both on-site in industrial environments and in an office or warehouse environment.
- You have a valid category B driving license and are willing to travel occasionally for customer projects, mainly within Belgium and neighbouring countries.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage.
- You have a good working knowledge of standard office software, such as Excel, Word and Outlook, and are willing to learn to use specialized software packages.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage but not required.
- Experience with fiber optics, electrical installations, industrial environments or applicable safety standards is an advantage but not required.
