En tant que Consultant Salesforce, vous accompagnez nos clients dans la mise en œuvre, l'optimisation et la transformation de leur écosystème CRM autour de la plateforme Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle projet, de la phase de cadrage à la mise en production, en passant par la conception, la configuration, les tests et le support post-déploiement.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la compréhension des besoins métiers, la conception de solutions adaptées, et la collaboration avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles pour garantir le succès des projets CRM.
Missions principales :
- Analyser les besoins métiers des clients en matière de relation client, marketing et service
- Participer au cadrage, à la conception fonctionnelle et à la modélisation des solutions dans Salesforce
- Réaliser les paramétrages, configurations, automatisations (Flows, Workflows) et accompagner les développements techniques (Apex, LWC)
- Gérer les interfaces et intégrations avec les autres systèmes (ERP, DWH, outils métier...)
- Piloter les phases de tests, de recette et de déploiement
- Former les utilisateurs, accompagner le changement et assurer le support fonctionnel post go-live
- Assurer une veille sur les innovations de l'écosystème Salesforce et proposer des évolutions
Vous avez une expérience significative en tant que Consultant Salesforce et maîtrisez l'écosystème de la plateforme (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets CRM, de la phase de cadrage à la mise en production, en passant par la conception fonctionnelle et technique.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des architectures CRM, des processus commerciaux, marketing ou service client, et vous êtes capable de proposer des solutions sur mesure, évolutives et alignées aux enjeux métiers de vos clients. Vous êtes également à l'aise avec les aspects d'intégration (API, ETL, interopérabilité avec des systèmes tiers).
Vous êtes curieux(se), autonome et force de proposition, avec une forte capacité à comprendre les besoins métiers, à modéliser des solutions dans Salesforce et à piloter des projets dans des environnements agiles ou hybrides. Vous savez collaborer efficacement avec des équipes fonctionnelles, techniques et métiers, et avez le sens du service client.
Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout pour travailler avec des clients ou partenaires internationaux.

To help us accelerate this journey, we’re now looking for two Senior Analysts to join our Finance & Strategy team at the Tise headquarters in Oslo. This is a unique opportunity for analytically sharp, business-minded professionals who want to shape Tise’s next phase of growth — working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations.
What you’ll do
As a Senior Analyst in Tise’s Finance & Strategy team, you will drive strategically important analyses and initiatives to support decision-making across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, marketing and commercial teams to turn data into actionable insights — helping guide Tise’s expansion, monetization, and long-term business performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting deep-dive strategic and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements across markets and business divisions.
Leading end-to-end analytical projects — from hypothesis and data collection to executive-ready recommendations and implementation follow-up.
Building models and frameworks to assess business performance, forecast growth, and support investment decisions.
Translating analytical findings into clear narratives for senior management and board-level discussions.
Supporting financial planning and strategic processes (budgeting, scenario modeling, business cases, etc.) in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams.
Contributing to the development of scalable analytics structures and decision frameworks as Tise continues to integrate with eBay and grow internationally.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a strong combination of analytical rigor, strategic mentality, and business insight — someone who thrives on solving complex problems and turning insights into impact.
You likely have:
A master’s degree in business, economics, finance, industrial economics, or a similar quantitative field.
3–5 years of relevant experience from management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a strategic/analytical role in a high-growth company.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience building financial or business models.
The ability to structure and communicate complex problems clearly — both in slides and discussions.
A proactive working style, with the ability to manage several priorities independently.
Solid understanding of how data, strategy, and finance connect to drive business performance.

Your responsibilities
As an Influencer Marketeer, you are responsible for influencer marketing and press trips across all Nordic Collection brands and markets. You build strong relationships with influencers and media, translate campaigns into smart collaborations, and ensure every trip or partnership contributes to brand awareness, inspiration, and bookings.
What you will do in practice
Influencer Marketing
- Develop a clear influencer strategy per brand, market, and channel
- Select and manage suitable influencers, creators, and ambassadors
- Set up campaigns from A to Z: briefings, deliverables, timings, budget
- Ensure all content is fully on-brand and fits seamlessly into our marketing mix
Press & Press Trips
- Conceptualize and organize press trips that credibly position our brands
- Define objectives, storylines, key messages, and target media
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholders while ensuring professional execution
- Evaluate press results (coverage, reach, content quality, PR impact)
Data & Optimization
- Monitor influencer and press collaborations using relevant KPIs
- Use data (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) to continuously improve performance
- Spot trends in influencer marketing, social formats, and platforms and translate them into new ideas
- Experience or strong affinity with influencer marketing / social media / content marketing
- Understanding of how influencer marketing can strengthen brand growth and conversion
- Strong organizational and planning skills—managing multiple campaigns doesn’t scare you
- Data-driven mindset: able to read, interpret, and convert basic data into actions
- Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative mindset
- A passionate colleague with genuine travel spirit: you love authentic travel experiences and enjoy inspiring others with strong stories
- Good command of English; additional languages (NL/FR/DE) are a plus
