Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor klantgericht werken? Voor de site in Asse zoeken we een Administratief bediende voor ons Remarketing Team. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve afhandeling van voertuigen aan het einde van hun contract, en zorg je ervoor dat processen efficiënt en correct verlopen.

Jouw taken als Administratief bediende in Asse

• Je bent verantwoordelijk over het toezicht op de verkoop van einde lease wagens aan de chauffeurs
• Correct administratief afhandelen van voertuigen die terug op ons compound komen.
• Behandelen van klantvragen via ons interne e-mailsysteem.
• Facturatie en verwerking van schade aan het einde van het contract.
• Afhandelen van verzoeken rond voertuigrestitutie.
• Telefonisch contact met klanten en opbouwen van klantrelaties.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als Administratief bediende in Asse heb je:

• Een administratieve achtergrond of minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
• Ervaring met facturatie en analytisch inzicht.

Verantwoordelijk voor :

• Verkopen:

- Kopers vinden voor de wagens die aangeboden worden op onze B2B (business-to-business) veilingplatformen.

- Je verkoopt dagelijks zoveel mogelijk auto's, zo werk je toe naar een aantrekkelijke bonus.

- Initiatief, veerkracht, durf en telefonische contacten zullen jouw kernwoorden vormen om deze job goed uit te kunnen voeren.

• Hunting:

- Nieuwe klanten prospecteren via telefoon en alle andere mogelijke communicatie kanalen

- Opvolgen van alle leads.

• Farming:

- Dagelijks telefonisch (of via e-mail) contact onderhouden met je huidige klanten om een duidelijk inzicht te krijgen in hun noden en wensen

- Langtermijnrelaties bouwen en onderhouden (B2B-omgeving)

- Bestaande en nieuwe klanten bijstaan bij vragen en opmerkingen bij hun nieuwe aankopen.

- Opvolging van de veilingen en eventueel onderhandelen met de verkoper en koper om tot een overeenkomst te komen.

- Je rapporteert je resultaten en prospectie nauwkeurig, zodat jouw inspanningen altijd zichtbaar en meetbaar zijn.

• Ontwerpen en uitwerken van toekomstgerichte functionele en technische werkplekoplossingen waarbij je technologie, lifecycle management en kostenoptimalisatie combineert tot een sterk technisch commercieel voorstel.
• Adviseren van klanten over beheer- en servicemodellen (managed services, lifecycle management, asset management) die bijdragen aan een efficiënte en veilige werkplek.
• Meewerken aan financiële constructies (zoals DaaS, leasing, en TCO-optimalisatie) en circulaire oplossingen (refurbishment, remarketing, sustainability) binnen de endpointstrategie.
• Ondersteunen van het salesproces door presentaties, workshops en klantbezoeken, waarbij je de meerwaarde van een moderne werkplek helder positioneert.
• Opvolgen van projecten in samenwerking met projectmanagement en delivery teams, met focus op kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en klanttevredenheid.
