Leading in a coaching manner
Leading colleagues is great and it is pretty challenging. As a founder, lead or manager you can inspire colleagues and help them work from their strengths and talents. It is challenging because you are also responsible for achieving results. Can these go together? They certainly can, if you lead in a coaching manner.
You set the course and delegate. And it is equally important that you are a good listener, inspire others and do not judge too quickly. Especially if you lead other smart people and if your organization is growing quickly, it is important not to solve every issue yourself. You invest in your colleagues by helping them to find their own solutions, so they can grow in their job and in their role. So they feel the freedom and space to take more responsibility - and do so. This makes your individual colleagues and your team as a whole stronger. And that ultimately leads to better results and more job satisfaction for all of you.
In this training you'll find the balance between your roles. In addition, you will discover what leadership and coaching means to you and in your organization. You will explore different leadership styles and learn to use them in a flexible way. Discover what suits you and find your ideal combination!
