Do you want to join our journey?

We are now looking for motivated and talented people to join our established Business Development team. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Growth Manager to capture and qualify customers coming through inbound leads, explore potential opportunities, and ensure a seamless handover between marketing and sales. You will act as a key bridge between the two functions, receiving, following up, and nurturing incoming leads to uncover further potential.

As a Business Development Representative at Attensi, you will be part of a strong and energetic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain highly valuable experience within sales and business development, develop your communication skills, and build strong business relationships. You will work with experienced colleagues, gain insight into multiple industries, and acquire skills and exposure that will benefit your future career.

Your day will involve qualifying inbound enquiries, nurturing prospects, and identifying business opportunities for Attensi across the UK, Europe, and the US. What will you do?

  • Work closely with our Business Growth Manager to capture inbound leads, assess their needs, and identify further potential.

  • Serve as a key link between marketing and sales to receive, follow up and nurture incoming leads.

  • Support the Business Development team in driving sales activities and moving opportunities forward.

  • Support Business Development Directors in executing go-to-market strategies.

  • Build and execute engaging lead generation activities – refining messaging, delivering qualified leads.

  • Nurture existing prospects within the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm, engaged, and progress to a qualified lead.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to increase the success of our digital marketing (inbound) campaigns.

  • Support the Business Development team with sales-related activities such as events, conferences, and other initiatives.


Who are you?

We are looking for high energy, motivated and solution-oriented people with a passion for business development and sales. You will have a curious and inquisitive mind, love to learn - and learn fast. You are a strong communicator, enjoy interacting with other people and build relationships easily. You thrive in a high-paced and dynamic environment, work well with others and love a good challenge.

  • You have a bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification.

  • You have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, other language capabilities are a bonus.

  • You are naturally solution oriented and driven to succeed.

  • You are inquisitive and not afraid to challenge established truths.

  • You have a good understanding of business and are comfortable working independently as well as within a team.

  • Previous work experience with customer service, sales or similar is great, but not a requirement. As long as you bring the motivation, agility and willingness to learn, we can help you develop the skills.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

As CMO, you will be responsible for leading the Marketing department, which currently consists of around 20 Tisees based in Norway, Denmark, and Finland. You will also lead and empower our Country Managers, who drive strategy and commercial performance locally. You will also directly lead the Brand and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring that positioning, storytelling, and growth efforts are aligned and pulling in the same direction.

This is a role for someone who can connect market reality with strategic clarity — and turn both brand equity and marketing craft into real business outcomes.


What you will accomplish:

  • Lead and develop the Country Managers, setting ambition, clarity, and executional pace in each market, while helping them tailor strategy to the local needs.

  • Oversee & lead Brand and Performance Marketing as two strategic teams, ensuring they work in sync with local needs and commercial goals.

  • Build a cohesive cross-market marketing model that turns local insights into learning, direction, and repeatable playbooks.

  • Strengthen how Tise shows up culturally — distinctive, relevant, and true to our values.

  • Grow and coach senior marketing leaders, raising the level of ownership, creativity, and execution.


What you will bring:

  • Proven success leading marketing in a consumer brand, platform, or marketplace across multiple markets.

  • The ability to combine brand instinct with commercial sharpness, and make decisions rooted in both data and intuition.

You have:

  • 4+ years in a marketing management role with hands-on campaign ownership (B2B and/or SaaS preferred)

  • Strong skills in digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)

  • Experience with ABM campaigns and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills

  • Bonus points for:

  • Interest or experience in energy or sustainability

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Experience with conferences, live events, or partnerships
