Beyond daily operational support, Proximus OSS is undergoing a major transformation to align with a modern, open, digital network vision. This includes adopting industry standards such as TMF and leveraging cloud technologies like Azure, while integrating new technological capabilities including 5G, SD-WAN, and uCPE.
In this context, your role as Domain Architect is to collaborate with peers in defining and realizing the next-generation OSS stack, ensuring alignment with Proximus strategic architecture, business needs, and market best practices. - Ensure complete, relevant, and clear operational requirements are captured.
- Contribute to the creation of an OSS architecture roadmap, defining realistic steps aligned with business priorities.
- Promote industrialized, reusable, automated solutions over point fixes; align designs with TMF best practices and NIT strategy.
Solution Architecture

- Work collaboratively with domain architects, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across applications.
- Provide continuous architecture support to delivery teams (backlog refinement, design clarifications, decision logs).
- Convert the roadmap into EPICs and user stories that drive delivery within the new OSS solution.
Cross‑Domain Collaboration
- Engage with colleagues across NBU and DTI to understand the impact of projects on Proximus networks by acting as single solution contact for OSS
- Provide coaching and guidance to promote NIT’s vision and strategic direction.
E2E Quality & Operational Readiness
- Define E2E OSS test strategy & scenarios covering business flows, non-functional requirements and operational use-cases (happy paths, fallouts, …
- Ensure smooth handover to operations with up-to-date documentation and knowledge transfer
