Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie op de werf en vormt de schakel tussen projectleiding, ploegverantwoordelijken en techniekers.

Je werkt dagelijks mee aan elektrotechnische installaties, bordenbouw, duurzame energieprojecten en onderhoud bij industrie en kmo’s.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de praktische uitvoering van de werken op de werf.

Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en ploegverantwoordelijken om planning, schema’s en uitvoeringsplannen te bespreken.

Je ondersteunt techniekers op het terrein en geeft opleiding waar nodig.

Al 10 jaar bouw ik aan mijn schoonheidssalon, dat vandaag een warme plek is met een groot trouw klantenbestand. Omdat ik mij ga focussen op
huidverbetering, zoek ik iemand naast mij die een deel van het salon mee wil overnemen voor de klassieke schoonheidsbehandelingen.

Global Packaging Automation Technology Expert
Cartamundi is looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Global Packaging Automation Technology Expert to help shape the future of our worldwide manufacturing footprint. Operating at the intersection of Industrial Innovation, Engineering, and Operations Excellence, you will play a key role in driving high‑performance packaging automation systems across all our global sites.
This position offers a unique blend of strategic influence and hands‑on technical leadership, with international exposure and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our global industrial strategy.
Your function:
As Global Packaging Automation Technology Expert, you will:
- Serve as Cartamundi’s global technical authority for packaging and handling automation systems across all manufacturing sites.
- Define and standardize system architectures for feeding, handling, inspection, packaging, and downstream automation.
- Ensure high system performance, focusing on throughput, quality, reliability, waste reduction, and OEE.
- Troubleshoot complex automation challenges and support sites in improving stability and output.
- Identify and evaluate new automation technologies, OEMs, robotics, motion, vision, and digital solutions.
- Translate emerging technologies into scalable industrial solutions and support strategic investment decisions.

Your profile:
You are an experienced automation professional who thrives in high-speed manufacturing environments and enjoys combining hands-on engineering with global impact.
- You hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering—or you bring equivalent experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial automation and know how to integrate, optimize, and troubleshoot complex systems.
- You are comfortable working with PLC and motion platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff) and have experience with vision systems such as Cognex or Keyence.
- You understand product handling technologies—feeding, vacuum handling, mechanical transfer—and you are skilled in data-driven improvement methods such as SPC, RCA, DOE, and OEE.
- You communicate clearly, think analytically, and approach challenges in a structured and pragmatic way.
- You enjoy working with different cultures and teams across the globe and are willing to travel internationally up to 50%.

As Operations Manager Planning, you are responsible for efficiently managing and developing the activities within the planning department. Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8 years of relevant experience in operations, planning, workforce/capacity management, or process optimization.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving cross-departmental projects.
- Strong background in performance monitoring, KPI management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with planning systems and planning processes in a complex environment and transformation projects is a must
Languages: Native in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language, and a strong working knowledge of English.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform Architect to join our IT Infrastructure Architecture and Design team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape, based on both on-premises technologies and Azure public cloud. You will collaborate within a team of experienced architects responsible for networking, databases, virtualization, and other core technologies, bringing a broad cross-technology view and experience on both on-prem and Azure-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Your profile
Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent through experience.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in IT architecture roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Proven multi-year experience in designing and implementation IT infra solutions both on-premise and on Azure
- Strong understanding of and proven experience with the following IT infrastructure components:
- Virtualization/IaaS: VMware/OpenStack
- Containerization: Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Operating Systems: RedHat Linux, Microsoft Windows
- Networking: Cisco ACI, AVI/F5 load balancing, PaloAlto firewalls

- Experience on designing and implementing solutions that span the full infrastructure stack

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
