Ristorante Sole D’Italia – an authentic Italian trattoria on Gråbrødretorv – is looking for experienced waiters to join our team.
We are a cosy and busy eatery where good food, genuine Italian hospitality and a warm atmosphere are at the heart of everything. We’re now looking for talented colleagues with a real passion for high-quality service.
About the job: You’ll welcome and serve our guests, advise on the menu and wine, and help create a great experience from the moment a guest walks in until they leave happy. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the service team in a fast-paced environment.
We expect that you:
Have experience as a waiter, ideally from an à la carte restaurant
Are outgoing, service-minded and able to keep a cool head when things get busy
Speak Danish and/or English (Italian is a plus)
Are flexible with evening and weekend shifts
Can carry yourself professionally with both guests and colleagues

At the Mads Clausen Institute (MCI) in Sønderborg a position as a technician is vacant with employment starting October 1st, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. MCI, which is part of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark and located both in Odense and in Sønderborg, currently has more than 100 employees in education, research and innovation. In Sønderborg, MCI consists of the NanoSYD centre, the Center for Materials Analysis and Characterization (CMAC) and the Center for Advanced Photovoltaics (CAPE).
During the last years we have been in a process of constant expansion. To further strengthen our technical research and innovation activities within MCI, we are looking for a flexible and ambitious technician. As a technician you will be working closely with the lab managers to support the different units in-house in the fulfillment of various tasks.

has a flair for working with young people and the ability to work independently within laboratories and workshops

supports upgrades and maintains laboratories and research infrastructures operates and maintains laboratory and workshop equipment likes to be a sparring partner for colleagues, researchers and students.

You are educated as an industrial technician or similar.
You have the ability to collaborate closely with the team and execute tasks in time.
You are detail-oriented, with a passion for technology and science.
You are flexible, responsible, and driven by the will for continuous improvement.
You are eager to contribute to a culture of quality, diversity and excellence.
You are able to work in a multicultural environment.
You can communicate in Danish and English.
Experience with the manufacturing of parts by CNC milling is a plus.Experience with CAD design software such as NX is a plus; willingness to learn corresponding competences is, though, expected .
