Als zij-instromer start je als Persoonlijk Begeleider in opleiding, direct in de praktijk. Je wordt door middel van een intensief leerwerktraject van 12 mnd, opgeleid tot Persoonlijk Begeleider. We werken volgens het 70-20-10 model: 70% werkplekleren, 20% feedback en coaching en 10% formeel leren.

Zorgdragen van tijdige, rechtmatige en juiste registratie van processen in systemen volgens procedures, ter ondersteuning van arbeidsdeskundigen en adviseurs werk. De functie heeft tot doel om regie te houden op het integrale (cliënt)proces qua voortgang, kwaliteit en tijdigheid.

At the Mads Clausen Institute (MCI) in Sønderborg a position as a technician is vacant with employment starting October 1st, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. MCI, which is part of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark and located both in Odense and in Sønderborg, currently has more than 100 employees in education, research and innovation. In Sønderborg, MCI consists of the NanoSYD centre, the Center for Materials Analysis and Characterization (CMAC) and the Center for Advanced Photovoltaics (CAPE). 

During the last years we have been in a process of constant expansion. To further strengthen our technical research and innovation activities within MCI, we are looking for a flexible and ambitious technician. As a technician you will be working closely with the lab managers to support the different units in-house in the fulfillment of various tasks. 

The best suited candidate

• has a flair for working with young people and the ability to work independently within laboratories and workshops

• will be integrated part of the Sønderborg workshop team

• supports upgrades and maintains laboratories and research infrastructures operates and maintains laboratory and workshop equipment likes to be a sparring partner for colleagues, researchers and students.
