Le poste : Le terrain de jeu : - PME basée à Plaisir (78), en pleine croissance - Interventions sur toute l'Île-de-France - Projets en CVC / travaux techniques - Circuit court - décisions rapides, pas de politique interne Ton rôle (concret) : - Tu accompagnes un chargé d'affaires sur ses projets - Tu participes aux chiffrages et aux réponses clients - Tu aides à organiser les chantiers (équipes / sous-traitants) - Tu suis l'avancement des travaux (planning, qualité, coûts) - Tu montes progressivement en autonomie sur tes propres dossiers En gros : tu apprends à piloter des affaires pour devenir autonome rapidement Profil recherché : Le profil que je veux : - Première expérience en travaux (stage, alternance ou 1-2 ans) - Formation technique (CVC, électricité, génie climatique?) - Envie d'apprendre et de monter en compétences - À l'aise sur le terrain + bon relationnel - Tu veux évoluer vite - pas rester assistant toute ta vie Pourquoi ça vaut le coup : - Formation terrain accélérée - Encadrement direct par des profils expérimentés - Évolution rapide vers un poste de chargé d'affaires - Structure à taille humaine (on te connaît par ton prénom) Intéressé - Curieux - Même juste pour prendre la température du marché - viens en MP.
