• Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et financière de bout en bout des activités de General Services en organisant et en supervisant les opérations quotidiennes et en veillant à l'utilisation optimale des ressources
• Superviser tous les aspects de la gestion des bâtiments, y compris la maintenance préventive, la gestion des incidents, la sécurité, le CVC, la protection incendie, l'électricité, les ascenseurs et les systèmes de sécurité, afin de garantir la fiabilité des installations essentielles et un environnement de travail de grande qualité
• Diriger tous les services non techniques tels que la restauration, le nettoyage, la réception, le gardiennage et la gestion du lieu de travail en mettant l'accent sur la satisfaction des utilisateurs et la cohérence des services
• Promouvoir une culture d'amélioration des services en vérifiant les services existants, en identifiant ce qui fonctionne et ce qui doit évoluer, et en transformant les services standard en expériences de haute qualité, telles qu'une bonne restauration, un excellent nettoyage et un soutien proactif
• Hiérarchiser les tâches et gérer les attentes des clients internes tout en traitant tous les collègues comme des clients et en veillant à ce que leurs demandes soient traitées de manière efficace et professionnelle
• Diriger, encadrer et soutenir une équipe de collaborateurs internes et de partenaires externes en plaçant les bonnes personnes au bon endroit et en encourageant un état d'esprit cohésif et orienté client
• Gérer le budget en le supervisant, le planifiant et le contrôlant afin d'assurer une utilisation efficace des ressources et l'alignement sur les ambitions de qualité de service
• Collaborer étroitement avec Safety Management, HR, le Dispatching et d'autres départements afin d'aligner les priorités opérationnelles et de garantir une prestation de services sans faille

• Vous possédez 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des installations ou dans un environnement similaire et êtes titulaire d'un master en Ingénierie, en Économie, en Ressources humaines ou dans un domaine équivalent
• Vous êtes fortement orienté(e) client et placez naturellement l'expérience de l'utilisateur interne au centre de vos décisions
• Vous communiquez clairement avec des publics variés et faites preuve de diplomatie pour concilier les besoins, les attentes et les contraintes
• Vous pensez out of the box et aimez moderniser, améliorer et réimaginer les services plutôt que de vous contenter de maintenir le statu quo
• Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de gestion du personnel et êtes à l'aise pour guider et motiver des équipes mixtes composées de collaborateurs internes et de partenaires externes

About Nordic RCC

Nordic RCC is a fast-growing company supporting the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) of Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. We provide regional power system planning data and security analysis to ensure efficient operation of the Nordic power grid and a high level of security of supply—every hour of every day.

The Role

The Analytics & Information Management team consists of 8 employees and consultants, and plays a central role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making across Nordic RCC. The team develops and maintains analytical products, data pipelines, BI solutions, and information services that support operational, strategic, and regulatory needs.

As a Data Engineer with BI expertise, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high‑quality data pipelines and BI products. You will be developing and optimizing the analytics platform back- and front-end, ensuring data quality, and creating intuitive, user‑friendly reports, dashboards, and data products that support both operational and analytical workflows.

Your work will directly influence how Nordic RCC uses data to improve processes, strengthen decision‑making, and support the green energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and integrations that support analytics, reporting, and operational workflows

• Develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data products that communicate complex information clearly and effectively

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to transform analytical models and insights into production ready data products

• Ensure high data quality through validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data flows

• Work with the Data Architect and platform team to optimize data structures, metadata, and data governance practices

• Support the development of intuitive user interfaces for analytics and reporting tools

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, BI tools, and platform components

• Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities across the analytics landscape

• Collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards

• Document data flows, BI solutions, and technical components to support transparency and maintainability

• Reliable, well maintained data pipelines and data models that ensure high quality, accessible data for analytics and reporting

• User friendly BI products, including dashboards, reports, and data products that meet stakeholder needs

• Clear, well-structured technical documentation covering data flows, BI solutions, and platform components

Qualifications

We expect you to bring solid experience from similar roles and to demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, ownership, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with diverse roles and personalities, can explain complex topics clearly, and thrives in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.

Professional qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or similar role

• Strong experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and data transformations

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar), including dashboard design and data product development

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts

• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or similar)

• Experience developing user-friendly interfaces for data consumption (dashboards, reports, data apps)

• Experience operationalizing analytics models or integrating data science outputs into production systems

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred)

• Knowledge of power systems and the energy sector is a plus, but not a requirement.

You’ll report to the Analytics and Information management team lead and collaborate regularly with colleagues from the Nordic RCC and occasionally also from the Nordic TSOs. Travel is limited and will not exceed 15 days per year.
