Im Mandantenauftrag suchen wir für den Standort Großbeeren einen Personaldisponenten / -manager (gn) aus dem gewerblich-technischen Bereich. Es handelt sich um eine Direktvermittlung als langfristige Festanstellung bei unserem Partnerunternehmen - kein Zeitarbeitsvertrag. Aufgaben - Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen für Einsätze im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung bei den Kundenunternehmen - Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des gesamten Personalmanagements - Gewinnung von Bewerbern (gn) über diverse Kanäle, Vertragsgestaltung, persönliche Betreuung etc. - Passende Disposition der Mitarbeiter (gn) entsprechend der definierten Kundenanforderungen - Nachhaltige Bestandskundenbetreuung sowie gerne auch aktive Neukundenakquisition Qualifikation - Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) im generalistischen bzw. gewerblich-technischen Bereich - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Ein Plus: Polnisch- oder Rumänischkenntnisse zur Betreuung der EU-Worker - Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke Benefits - Unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis - Marktgerechtes Fixum zzgl.
