Office Manager / Financieel Medewerker
Role purpose: Support day-to-day office operations and provide accurate financial administration, ensuring smooth internal processes and reliable reporting. Core responsibilities - Manage office operations, scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative support. - Handle financial administration, including invoices, payments, expense processing, and bank transactions. - Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical) with strong attention to detail. - Support monthly and year-end closing activities by preparing data and assisting with reconciliations. - Coordinate with external parties such as accountants, suppliers, and service providers. - Monitor budgets and provide basic financial overviews and management information. - Improve workflows and ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. Required skills and experience - Experience in office management, administration, and/or financial back-office roles. - Knowledge of bookkeeping fundamentals (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliation). - Proficiency with office software and financial/ERP tools; strong Excel skills are a plus. - Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and confidentiality with sensitive information. - Clear communication in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
