La MJC Horizons Sud recherche des Animateurs(trices) pour son Accueil de Loisirs jeunesse en Contrat d'Engagement Educatif (forfait journalier). Sous la responsabilité de la direction, de coordonnatrice enfance/jeunesse, les missions sont les suivantes : - Proposer et mettre en place des activités/projets d'animation en direction d'un public 11-17 ans, au sein du Secteur Jeunes. - Développer le lien avec les familles. Fonctions : - Anime des projets d'activités et d'animation en direction du public 11-17 ans sur différents temps : accueil informel, sorties, séjours... - Repère les besoins des publics et élabore des projets qui y répondent. - Favorise la participation des jeunes. - Met en place l'organisation pédagogique et matérielle de l'accueil dans le respect de la règlementation et du projet pédagogique. - Accompagne les jeunes en étant à l'écoute de leurs besoins au quotidien. - Participe à des animations « hors les murs » en allant à la rencontre des jeunes dans la rue. - Travail en soirée. Profil recherché : - Connaissance du public jeune et expérience avec le public 11-17 ans souhaitée - Connaissance du milieu associatif. Posture requise : - Respect des modalités de fonctionnement : procédures, horaires, assiduité. - Tenue et attitude adaptées à l'activité et aux valeurs de l'association. - Accueil des enfants et leur famille avec une posture bienveillante. - Autonomie. - Force de proposition. - Facilité à travailler en équipe.
