Number of posts: 1 or 2 position(s) 15 February - 01 November '25 1 or 2 position(s) 15 June to 01 September ‘25 Number of hours a week: 32-38 About the job: There is a wide variety of work; from changing light bulbs and solving (minor) power failures to cleaning (sanitary) buildings by sweeping, polishing and/or mopping. from emptying garbage cans to preparing bed linen, checking accommodations and making them ready for subsequent guests, You also monitor the various supplies in the various buildings. What do we expect from you? No training required. Relevant work experience (min 6 months) for example in the position of facilities assistant or housekeeping (hospitality sector) is definitely a plus. Important is that you are available for at least 6 weeks in the period 15/02/25 - 01/11/25 & 2 for 15/06/25 - 01/09/25. Good communication skills, knowledge of equipment and/or cleaning agents, ability to work meticulously, stress resistance, flexibility and a high degree of independence. Preferably good Dutch language skills, but at least communicative English (German or Dutch is also desirable). You have a good work attitude. A driver license (B) is preferred. What will be offered? - Contract for 6 weeks to 7 months - Salary: Remuneration according to collective agreement Gross pay per hour 14,80 to 17,75 euro. Said salary is based on monthly payment. Als schrijnwerk-plaatser in dit bedrijf ziet jouw werkdag er zo uit:

  • 7u00: Je komt aan op de koer en laad de materialen op in de bestelwagen van jouw team.
  • Je vertrekt samen met je 1 of 2 vaste collega's naar de werf. Deze zal in West-Vlaanderen liggen rond Izegem, richting Brugge of Kortrijk en af en toe eens in Oost-Vlaanderen. Verder dan Gent gaan we niet.
  • Bij onze klanten, plaats je onze eigen aluminium ramen en deuren, woonuitbreidingen, veranda's voor zowel nieuwbouw en renovatie.
  • Tussen 15u30 en 16u30 ben jij terug op de koer en eindigt jouw werkdag!
  • Op vrijdag voegen wij hier nog 1 iets aan toe: een fris pintje/frisdrankje en gezellig een spelletje biljart, voetbaltafel of darts spelen!
