  • Je bent graag administratief bezig en hebt oog voor elk detail waarbij je in staat bent om de kleinste fouten op te merken
  • Je kan goed overweg met Excel (formules, pivot tables).
  • Je hebt goede kennis van Nederlands & Engels
  • Ervaring met change control en/of quality management is een surplus.

Je takenpakket zal bestaan uit volgende stappen:

  • Je verantwoordelijke trekt lijsten uit het InSight systeem (via Spotfire nr Excel, of via Tableau nr Excel) en duidt aan wat de verschillen zijn
  • Je krijgt een uitgewerkte omschrijving van hoe de acties in het systeem moeten genomen worden (korte jobaids).
  • Je krijgt de lijst met de foute waarden, en wat die waarden dan moeten worden, en zal dan de nodige aanpassingen moeten doen in het systeem.
  • Validatie van eigen entry door zelf dan het rapport opnieuw uit te draaien en te kijken of alles correct aangepast/aangevuld werd.

Eens je al wat verder gevorderd is:

  • Je trekt zelf de lijst en gaat zelf op zoek naar de verschillen
  • Na overleg, gaan we samen zoeken wat de juiste info moet worden, zodat je ook een feeling krijgt met welke info waar kan gevonden worden.
  • Later zal je dan records volledig moeten nakijken: waarbij je de vergelijking van a tot z volledig zelf leert maar bij twijfel of onduidelijkheid nog steeds bij je verantwoordelijke terecht kan.
  • Je zal zelf jobaids uitschrijven voor review

  • Coordinate security governance and operational security practices between MWingz and telecom partners.
