Analyse de la performance digitale & marketing Monitorer les KPIs clés de l'ensemble des périmètres digitaux (laforet.com, pages agences, entreprendre.laforet.com, fondation.laforet.com…) : trafic, taux de conversion, coût par contact, sources d'acquisition… Analyser la performance des campagnes médias (SEA, display, Social Ads, emailing) et fournir des recommandations d'optimisation concrètes à l'équipe Acquisition Construire et maintenir les dashboards à destination de l'équipe digital & CRM, de la Direction et des équipes métiers en couvrant les cibles BtoC et BtoB avec recommandations actionnables et priorisation des chantiers Produire les reportings mensuels et trimestriels, nourrir les prises de décision 2. Suivi scoring client & analyse CRM Construire en binôme avec le Responsable CRM & Revenue le modèle de score client BtoC : profil acquéreur, vendeur, locataire - probabilité de conversion, stade du projet, appétence… Développer le scoring BtoB pour qualifier les leads franchisés : niveau de maturité du candidat, adéquation profil / zone géographique, parcours de nurturing recommandé… Optimiser la segmentation de la base contacts par comportement, canal d'entrée et cycle de vie pour optimiser les scénarios d'automation Analyser la performance des séquences CRM (taux d'ouverture, taux de conversion, attribution) et détecter les signaux faibles : churn, opportunités de réactivation, anomalies 3. Études marketing & analyses marché immobilier Analyser les données sur le marché immobilier (sources internes et externes) et les transformer en recommandations concrètes pour alimenter la stratégie et les prises de parole de la Direction Exploiter les données trimestrielles internes dans le cadre des prises de paroles RP : taux d'exclusivité, délais de vente, délais de signature de compromis, comportements par cible (acquéreurs, vendeurs, locataires, bailleurs) Produire des benchmarks concurrentiels à partir des indicateurs clés sectoriels (SimilarWeb, Qualitelis, données réseau…) Contribuer aux analyses de performance du réseau : comparaison agences, suivi des indicateurs métier, identification des zones à fort potentiel… 4. Fiabilité & gouvernance de la donnée Auditer et fiabiliser les plans de tracking sur l'ensemble des sites (GA4, Matomo, GTM) : détection d'anomalies, vérification des événements, cohérence entre outils Travailler avec l’agence web, le responsable marketing digital et la DSI sur la qualité des données collectées (remontées d'anomalies, spécifications techniques de tracking, DataLayer) Documenter les définitions des métriques clés et maintenir le dictionnaire de données partagé avec l'équipe Être l'interlocuteur data de référence pour les équipes métier (Vente, Gestion, Syndic) sur les questions de qualification et d'analyse client 5.
