  • Je zoekt, analyseert en vergelijkt de meest efficiënte reisopties voor het team
  • Je controleert tijdregistraties en inkomende facturen

CRIT Intérim recherche pour l'un de ses clients un(e) Assistant(e) Manager pour son pole franchise. Dans le cadre de la stratégie Franchise Europe, le/la titulaire du poste assure la gestion opérationnelle du carnet de commandes client afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits, la fluidité des livraisons et la satisfaction client. Il/elle agit comme point central entre le client et les différents services internes (ventes, supply chain, logistique, marketing, IT, finance), en veillant à la bonne exécution des commandes et au respect des objectifs de performance (KPI : chiffre d'affaires, marge, rotation des stocks). Le rôle consiste notamment à : assurer le suivi et la fiabilisation du carnet de commandes (saisie, mise à jour, contrôle, reporting), garantir la disponibilité des produits et anticiper les ruptures ou retards en lien avec les équipes supply chain, coordonner les livraisons, réassorts, annulations et retours, gérer les interactions opérationnelles entre entrepôts, transporteurs et clients franchise, soutenir les activités de vente (précommandes, sell-in, commandes contractuelles), suivre les ouvertures et rénovations de magasins, produire des reportings réguliers à destination des clients et de la direction. Le poste contribue également aux projets européens d'optimisation des stocks et de réassort (smart supply) et veille à la bonne application des processus de service client dans un cadre légal et contractuel.
