Je werkt vanuit een test-and-learn aanpak: je zet hypotheses om in A/B-tests en experimenten en schaalt succesvolle initiatieven snel op.
Je verkent opportuniteiten binnen AI, generative search en LLM-advertising en onderzoekt hoe deze onze kanaalmix, contentstrategie en meetbaarheid kunnen versterken.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit brand marketing, content, studio en e-commerce en stuurt externe agencies aan.
Je volgt trends in performance marketing en e-commerce op en vertaalt deze naar concrete opportuniteiten
Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in performance marketing en e-commerce, bij voorkeur binnen retail.
Je hebt ervaring met Google Ads, Meta Ads, webanalytics, programmatic en display advertising.
Je bent analytisch sterk en maakt onderbouwde keuzes op basis van data.
Je hebt een uitgesproken growth hacking mentaliteit: je denkt in experimenten, leert snel uit data en test voortdurend nieuwe formats, doelgroepen, kanalen en landingspagina's.

You will join the Global Marketing Team, working closely with brand marketers and local teams across different countries. Your mission? Create content that connects and helps our brands grow across every digital touchpoint.
What will you do

- You shape and sharpen our global content strategy, from idea to execution
- You create, manage and publish content across our global social channels (Vedett, Liefmans, JARR)
- You track content performance, test, learn and optimize
- You stay on top of digital trends and turn them into content people care about
- You play a key role in our internal content club: you activate colleagues to create authentic content and produce content yourself
- You contribute to websites, newsletters and digital activations
- You keep everything structured in our Digital Asset Management system
Who you are
- You have min 2 years experience in digital content, social media or communication.
- You get digital. Platforms, formats, trends… you know what works (and what doesn’t)
- You are a creator: you write, shoot, test, tweak, repeat
- You balance creativity with a sharp, analytical mindset
- Experience with Canva / CMS / Hubspot / social publishing tools is a plus

The Business Development Manager plans, organises and undertakes market research and sales-growth activity to meet the requirements of Daybreak's commercial strategy at store level. The role combines hands-on retail leadership with a forward-facing focus on customer accounts, promotional planning, supplier liaison and local market development. Key duties include: Liaise with the store owner/senior management to determine the range of grocery, food-to-go and convenience products to be stocked and promoted, and contribute to sales strategy and target setting. Carry out customer surveys and market research; analyse customer reactions to product range, pricing and promotions. Compile and analyse sales figures; prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Handle customer and trade accounts, including loyalty and repeat-business arrangements. Recruit, train and mentor junior sales and customer-service staff. Produce reports and recommendations on sales performance and growth opportunities for senior management. Keep up to date with competitor activity, grocery trends and product/supplier developments. Oversee stock replenishment, visual merchandising and supplier liaison to support store operations. Requirements: Relevant retail, sales or food-service management experience (e.g. assistant manager, supervisor, or similar role). A relevant third level degree; a Master's qualification is preferred. Relevant professional certification (e.g. project management, marketing or sales) is also an advantage. Strong customer service, communication and team leadership skills. Experience with stock/inventory management, cash handling and POS systems. Proficiency in MS Excel or similar for sales reporting and analysis. A proactive, target-driven approach with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Makes follow up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders; Discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold; Quotes prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment arrangements and arranges for delivery and installation of goods if appropriate; Maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints; Liaises with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets; Compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and Undertakes market research; Handles customer accounts; Recruits and trains junior sales staff; Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close deals and drive new business; Qualifications: Proven experience (1+ years) as a Sales Executive, Sales Agent or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
