Difficulties in downloading and storing the new Europass CV.

On the 1st of July, we launched a brand new Europass platform and you may still experience some bumps on the road when using the platform, rest assured we are working on it.

The Europass team is very sorry for any inconvenience you might be experiencing!

 

The new Europass portal on launch day was visited by almost 100 000 users and some user during peak times experienced some technical difficulties.

 

We are aware of your issues and we want to reassure you that our technical teams are working on it. We kindly advise you to download your CV when you finish working on it and keep it safe. Later on, you can try again to upload it in your Europass Library.

 

Your Europass Library is your free online space, linked to your Europass profile, where you can store all your application relevant documents. You can upload and share your Europass CVs, Cover Letters, Digital credentials, awards, certificates, diplomas and any other relevant documents. It is also possible to attach media (online videos, pictures and sites) to your library.
