Vos missions
- Régler et contrôler les palettiseurs
- Placer un film d’emballage sur les enrouleurs de palettes afin de sécuriser la charge
- Contrôler les palettes et étiquettes suivant les normes requises
- Entrer et sortir les palettes/cartons et films

For a renowned metalworking company in the Hamont region, we are looking for an experienced spray painter who applies protective and aesthetic coatings to steel structures with passion and precision.
You will join a modern, well-equipped paint department where expertise and quality are key.
Your responsibilities:
As an airless spray painter, you play a crucial role in the production process.
You are responsible for professionally applying industrial coatings to steel structures and machine parts.
Specifically:
- You correctly set up the airless spray system based on the type of coating and substrate.
- You apply primer coats, intermediate coats, and finishing coats according to the prescribed paint system.
- You interpret technical work plans, coating specifications, and dry film thickness measurements (DFT).
- You check surface roughness and ensure optimal adhesion through manual or mechanical pre-treatment (e.g., sanding, degreasing).
- You work both in a spray booth and on larger pieces in open spray zones.
- You guarantee a uniform layer build-up without orange peel effect, runs, or overspray.
- You perform quality checks using wet film gauges, dry film thickness gauges, and gloss meters.
- You maintain a safe, tidy workspace and clean equipment and spray tools properly.
- You have proven experience with airless spraying of industrial coatings, epoxies, polyurethanes, or 2K systems.
- You have an eye for detail and always strive for a high-quality end result.
- You enjoy working independently but also function well within a team of specialists.
- You can read technical drawings, and working according to NACE or ISO-12944 guidelines is a big plus.
- You are physically fit and have no problem with standing work or working in a spray booth.
- Experience in the metal, steel, or construction sector is an asset.
- Automotive/vehicle spray painters are also eligible for this position.
