Wat doet een pedagogisch coördinator?

Elke zaterdag van het schooljaar gaan meer dan 800 Brusselse jongeren naar TADA's weekendschool. Ze volgen er interactieve workshops rond verschillende thema's en ontdekken zo de meest uiteenlopende beroepen. Hun traject loopt drie jaar.

Als pedagogisch coördinator begeleid je drie jaar lang een klas van 28 kinderen in één van onze vijf antennes. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken van vrijwilligers die de activiteiten begeleiden. Je bereidt hen ook pedagogisch voor op het verloop van de dag. Op TADA-zaterdagen ben je een dirigent(e) die de organisatie in handen heeft.

Wat doet je concreet?

De grote (en leerrijke) uitdaging aan deze job is de combinatie van het organisatorische aspect met het klasmanagement voor een groep van 28 tieners.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de TADA-vakken voor jouw klas, zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch. 
  • Je plant en coördineert de inhoud van de activiteiten. Per vak heeft TADA een uitgewerkt basisprogramma dat je - waar nodig -  aanpast aan jouw tieners en vrijwilligers.
  • Per zaterdag voorzie je voldoende relevante en diverse vrijwilligers (professionals uit het domein) om de activiteiten te begeleiden. Je contacteert en motiveert hen en bereidt samen met hen de workshops voor. Op zaterdag stuur je bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elke TADA-zaterdag kwaliteitsvol, efficiënt en logistiek vlekkeloos verloopt. Je bent oplossingsgericht en pakt problemen meteen aan.
  • Je creëert een positieve, veilige en ondersteunende sfeer in je klas met een goede balans tussen passie, plezier, respect en discipline.
  • Je houdt onze IT-systemen up-to-date met informatie over de kinderen en gastdocenten.
  • Start je een nieuwe TADA-klas, dan ga je in september langs in het vijfde leerjaar van verschillende scholen om kinderen warm te maken voor de weekendscholen. Je gaat overtuigend in gesprek met kinderen en hun ouders, en stelt zo een evenwichtige klasgroep samen.

Wat is jouw profiel?

  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en kan goed organiseren en plannen. Je bent graag actief bezig en steekt je handen uit de mouwen waar nodig.
  • Je bent enthousiast en dynamisch en weet kinderen, vrijwilligers en ouders te motiveren
  • Je kan ook assertief zijn, want zo'n grote klasgroep heeft een echte kapitein nodig. 
  • Ervaring in werken met kinderen (10-13 jaar) is daarom zeker een plus.
  • Je kan bevlogen en overtuigend spreken en schrijven, en vindt zo vrijwilligers om in hun vrije tijd een van de workshops te animeren.
  • Je kan overweg met de kantoorsoftware.
  • Je staat er op de TADA-zaterdagen (30 per jaar) en bent af en toe beschikbaar voor avondvergaderingen.

Position Overview

The IT Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets within the organization, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of hardware, software, and related technology resources.   • Conduct regular internal audits and reconciliation of physical assets against records to ensure data integrity
  • Develop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures

Specific expertise and technologies

  • Proficiency with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools, proficiency with Excel.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations for effective collaboration with technical teams
  • Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management, including desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements affecting IT assets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), ITIL Foundation, or similar.
  • Prior experience in IT asset management or procurement roles.
