Als QC Inspector voer je testen, inspecties en activiteiten rond staalbeheer uit om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen, zowel tijdens de projectfase als tijdens de opstart van de productie. Je volgt vastgelegde procedures, werkt volgens GLP/GDP‑richtlijnen, beoordeelt testresultaten en zorgt voor een correcte documentatie. Deze rol vraagt een sterke aandacht voor detail, zelfstandigheid en een engagement om een nette en goed georganiseerde laboratoriumomgeving te onderhouden.

Jouw team

De Quality Control (QC) afdeling zorgt ervoor dat alle afgewerkte en halfafgewerkte producten voldoen aan de hoogste normen op het gebied van veiligheid, prestaties en betrouwbaarheid. Als contract manufacturer werken we nauw samen met verschillende interne teams om te garanderen dat elk geproduceerd product voldoet aan strikte procedures, specificaties en wettelijke vereisten. Kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en consistentie staan centraal in alles wat we doen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Afhankelijk van de fase waarin we ons bevinden (projectfase versus ramp‑up/productiefase) zal de focus van deze rol licht variëren.

Projectfase: Tot minstens november 2026 (dagshift)

• Uitvoeren van fysieke/functionele, dimensionele en visuele testen en inspecties volgens voorgeschreven procedures.
• Uitvoeren van monitoringtesten, stabiliteitsstudies, validatieactiviteiten en engineeringaanvragen.
• Documenteren van al het werk volgens GLP/GDP‑richtlijnen.
• Verwerken en evalueren van resultaten ten opzichte van vastgelegde specificaties.
• Aanmaken van non‑conformity reports in het ERP‑systeem wanneer resultaten ‘out of spec' zijn.

Ramp-up / Productiefase: Vanaf november 2026 (2-ploegensysteem)

• Nemen en verdelen van stalen voor kwaliteitscontrole van afgewerkte en halfafgewerkte producten.
• Archiveren en beheren van retentiestalen, batchrecords en testresultaten.
• Uitvoeren van testen op een semi‑automatische lijn.
• Correct interpreteren van testresultaten en tijdige communicatie met QC en Productie om snel te kunnen handelen bij problemen.
• Invoeren van resultaten in SAP of samenvattende bestanden voor vrijgave of trendanalyses.
• Voor grondstoffen: uitvoeren van de finale vrijgave in SAP.

Van toepassing op beide fases

• Zorgen voor een nette en goed onderhouden werkomgeving.
• Bewaken van laboratoriumparameters en apparatuur; ondersteunen van periodieke verificatieactiviteiten.
• Ondersteunen van (quality) operators bij de interpretatie van in‑process inspecties.
• Geven van training aan andere QC inspectors of operators wanneer nodig.

• Bachelor in (klinische/industriële) chemie, voeding, biomedische laboratoriumtechnologie, procestechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Sterk vermogen om zelfstandig te werken met een hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
• Kwaliteitsgerichte ingesteldheid met een gestructureerde, betrouwbare en goed gedocumenteerde manier van werken.

Your job in a nutshell
In the evening, when others go to sleep, your workday begins. Between 22h and 00h, you depart with a refrigerated truck towards your first delivery.
You drive throughout Belgium and deliver to various supermarkets. No stressful city driving, but clear routes and a well-organised schedule.

What will you do?
• You load and unload using an electric or manual pallet jack
• You deliver fruits and vegetables to supermarkets across Belgium
• You check deliveries and documents
• You drive independently and take responsibility for your own route
• You ensure correct and safe deliveries

What does your day look like?
• You start at night at the depot, pick up your truck and depart on your route
• During your shift you typically make 2 to 6 stops per night and complete your deliveries efficiently. Your workday lasts on average 12 to 15 hours, but you work within a clear and structured system without chaos or unnecessary stress
• After your round, you return to the depot (Geel) and your workday is finished—and the best part? You simply sleep at home in your own bed

We are currently looking for a Data Manager specialized in geospatial data & products, to be a part of our Geospatial Data & Products (GD&P) team within VMDC. This team drives innovation in marine data by creating advanced data products, improving interoperability, and building next-generation data systems. Their expertise spans the development of marine geospatial data (standards), marine spatial planning, tools to analyse changes over time and space, smart metadata catalogues, GIS viewers, and data services. The team is involved in several EU and global data efforts, networks and projects (e.g. Marine Regions, Blue Cloud 2026, EDITO, EMODnet). 

YOUR TASKS

• You develop and maintain RShiny applications and free open-source software in R (e.g. retrieve data from REST API’s, OpenCPU or OGC, etc.).
• You develop and manage GIS data products in the framework of several projects: Marine Regions, Bio-Oracle, EMODnet Biology/Bathymetry and EDITO.
• You create geospatial data visualizations to support scientific publications, project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• You manage data in SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, while publishing data via Geoserver and ERDDAP.
• You apply the FAIR data principles to datasets (biodiversity occurrences, maritime boundaries, environmental data, etc.).
• You manage the metadata in systems such as GeoNetwork or GBIF IPT.
• You use Gitlab and GitHub for version control and community collaboration.
• You are able to coach colleagues and others.

YOUR PROFILE

The company  is looking for a full-time “Coordinator” to join its Programs team and contribute to the various tasks related to the daily coordination of some of its flagship educational activities directed to doctors in low-resourced countries. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of tasks in a busy international team ultimately supporting our leaders and members. Main responsibilities : • Act as an interface between programs applicants, the relevant  Programs committees and our external partners o Respond to general enquiries o Organize online open competition rounds for doctors/ centers applying for grants o Follow up on applications – including scoring and sharing feedback to applicants o Liaise with relevant Programs chairs, external partners and other  departments o Follow up on funded programs and activities: organize payments and collect & process reports o Interact on regular basis with grantees: identify success stories as well as opportunities to keep them involved in the activities of the society and empower them to become champions in their communities o Schedule and organize meetings (both online and face-to-face) – including logistics, agenda and minutes o Deal with governance aspects and follow the processes in place to identify new committee members and/or leaders in due course • Assist with reporting and data integration into our new internal database (Membersuite) o Assist in cleaning data and maintain data up-to-date o Help with building dashboards and drawing statistics on the various Programs

As an Account Executive, you will represent the long-lasting commercial point of contact for all your customers. You ensure the solid base and the fundamental revenues of the company, by upselling and renewing contracts of our existing customers. You will be in touch with CIOs, CFOs and CEOs of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works!

The variety of industries and project scopes will ensure you a strong and ever-changing learning curve. Moreover, you will act as the key interface to all the different departments at Odoo: give feedback to Product Owners, collaborate with Business Analysts implementing the software, etc.

Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets by driving up customer retention and expansion. As our business headquarters is located in Louvain-la-Neuve, you'll have to go there +/- once a month.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers in Europe
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with your customers
• Analyze and understand your customers' IT projects in depth: you'll be their Odoo sales expert!
• Identify potential/incentive future sales: increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo!
• Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users
• Focus on customers' satisfaction: make sure your customers are happy with Odoo!
• Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions

Must Have

• Business degree
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Strong relational & negotiation skills
• Conflict management skills
• Solution-oriented
• Strong organizational skills: you'll have around 150 customers to manage!
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT/Sales
• Belgian work permit

Nice to Have

• Fluent in French is very, very nice to have
• Previous experience in IT project management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and competitive environment
• Previous experience in a customer relationship management role
