Project Description The central goal of this master thesis is to derive parameters to predict suitability of a PROTAC-antibody pair for treating a given oncology indication. You will systematically screen different PROTAC–antibody combinations on multiple cell lines using cellular assays in a direct-to-biology manner to establish clear selection criteria and structure–activity relationships. Additionally, you will use AI-based tools to handle, analyze, and extract meaningful trends from the large datasets generated. Vous contribuez ensuite aux opérations de conditionnement qui suivent la production primaire et vous réalisez le vide de ligne dans le strict respect des procédures. Vous travaillez en polyvalence sur les zones de production primaire et secondaire. Titulaire d'une formation technique en conduite de ligne, pilotage d'installations automatisées ou équivalence, vous justifiez d'une première expérience acquise en conduite d'équipements industriels acquise idéalement en environnement pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou agroalimentaire. Rigoureux, consciencieux et polyvalent, vous faites preuve d'une grande autonomie sur votre poste et êtes en mesure de participer aux évolutions du site Poste à pourvoir rapidement en CDI, en horaires 3x8 ou WE au choix.

Vous êtes en charge de structurer, piloter et déployer les méthodes industrielles et la démarche d'amélioration continue, afin d'optimiser durablement la performance des processus de production et des fonctions support, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires pharmaceutiques. Vos principales missions seront : Méthodes industrielles * Piloter et standardiser les méthodes de travail (process, flux, organisation des postes) * Analyser les dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions robustes (qualité, coûts, délais, sécurité) * Contribuer à l'industrialisation des nouveaux produits / équipements * Accompagner les projets d'investissement, de traitement de l'obsolescence et de transformation industrielle Amélioration continue & performance * Déployer et animer la démarche d'amélioration continue du site (Lean, Six Sigma, Excellence Opérationnelle) * Animer des chantiers terrain (VSM, SMED, 5S, résolution de problèmes, Kaizen.) * Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (SQCDP) * Développer la culture de la performance et de l'amélioration continue auprès des équipes Management & transversalité * Encadrer et développer l'équipe Méthodes / Amélioration Continue * Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Production, la Qualité, la Maintenance, la Supply Chain et la Sécurité * Être un acteur clé de la conduite du changement sur le site Formation supérieure type Ingénieur ou équivalent Expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans les méthodes industrielles et/ou l'amélioration continue Expérience significative en environnement industriel hautement performant Expérience dans le management d'équipes techniques Compétences clés Maîtrise des outils Lean / amélioration continue Bonne connaissance des contraintes BPF / GMP Forte capacité d'analyse, de structuration et de pilotage de projets Leadership, pédagogie et capacité à entraîner les équipes Aisance dans un environnement matriciel et transverse Qualités personnelles Orienté(e) terrain et résultats Esprit structurant et pragmatique Capacité à convaincre et à fédérer Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'engagement
