Your Mission
As a Data Analyst in Sales & Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring Mercell’s commercial engine runs efficiently and scales effectively. You will drive automation across our Sales & Revenue processes, deliver reliable insights to support data-driven decision-making and help prepare Mercell for a more advanced and technology-enabled future.

Identify, investigate and resolve anomalies in our ARR and billing reporting

PPT i Kristiansand har om lag 150 ansatte, fordelt på ulike avdelinger. Synspedagogen vil tilhøre en avdeling bestående av både spesialpedagoger, audiopedagoger og logopeder, som utfører spesialpedagogisk hjelp i barnehager, samt logopedisk og audiopedagogisk oppfølging av barn, unge og voksne i hele kommunen.
Synspedagogen vi søker vil være den eneste i avdelingen som utfører synspedagogisk kartlegging og oppfølging av barnehagebarn, elever og voksne, men det vil bli lagt til rette for samarbeid med andre med synspedagogisk kompetanse internt i PPT og relevante eksterne fagpersoner.
Synspedagogen vil tilhøre et kontorfellesskap i Kongsgård allé 20, men en stor del av arbeidet vil skje ute i barnehager og på skoler. En må forvente å forholde seg til flere ulike enheter i løpet av ei arbeidsuke.
Det er nødvendig med førerkort og ønskelig med tilgang på egen bil.
Gyldig politiattest må fremvises.

Arbeidsoppgaver
Synspedagogisk utredning og oppfølging i barnehage, grunnskole og voksenopplæring.
Veiledning ute i barnehager og skoler, for å bidra til et tilgjengelig og inkluderende læringsmiljø for barn, elever og voksne.
Utarbeide skriftlige rapporter, anbefalinger og synspedagogiske uttalelser.
Mobilitetsopplæring.
Dele synspedagogisk kompetanse ved for eksempel å holde innlegg for kollegaer i PPT eller aktuelle pedagoger ute i barnehager og på skoler.
Tett samarbeid med aktuelle samarbeidspartnere.

Your Mission
In this maternity cover role, you will step into a central position within Mercell’s Marketing team, helping shape how we communicate with customers throughout their journey with Mercell. Your mission is to deliver high-quality, well-crafted communication and campaigns that make customers feel informed, confident, and supported, from onboarding to renewal.
You bring strong writing skills, clear storytelling, and a strategic approach to content. You understand how to choose the right message, the right format, and the right moment to maximise impact. By collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, your work will ensure our customer communication is purposeful, consistent, and aligned with our broader goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Customer communication strategy: Develop and execute a strategic communication plan across markets and segments in collaboration with our Customer Success Teams.
- Campaign creation and management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive adoption, highlight customer value, and support upsell.
- Story-led content creation: Produce engaging, clear, and purposeful content such as product updates, articles, guides, success stories, emails, event invites, in-app messages, and more.
- Cross-functional alignment & sign-off: Ensure customer communications and campaigns are aligned and approved across multiple stakeholders, working effectively across Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Optimisation, measurement & improvement: Use engagement metrics and performance data to continuously refine content and campaigns, ensuring it’s effective, relevant, and strategically aligned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer communication or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or storytelling with strong, demonstrable writing samples.
- Strategic communicator with a clear understanding of content purpose, formats, channels, and audience needs.
- Experience running multi-channel customer campaigns (email, in-app, webinars, community, social).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver on multiple deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with customer engagement or CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.

Your Mission
We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader for our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this key role, you will gain full ownership of the company's budget and forecasting processes and become a key driver in transforming data into insights that create growth and profitability. You will lead a competent team, collaborate closely with the corporate management team and be a strategic sparring partner for the CFO/COO and owner.
