De Scholierenkoepel is dé vereniging van, voor en door scholieren. Ze is de stem van alle leerlingen in het Nederlandstalig secundair onderwijs in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Participatie van leerlingen is de rode draad doorheen onze werking - we worden zelfs bestuurd door scholieren.

JOUW OPDRACHT?

Je versterkt tijdelijk ons vormingsaanbod rond leerlingenparticipatie. Je geeft vormingen op scholen, helpt scholen de weg vinden naar ons aanbod en zorgt dat je ervaringen goed worden doorgegeven aan collega's.

  • Je geeft vorming op scholen. Ons vormingsaanbod richt zich tot middelbare scholen die werk willen maken van leerlingenparticipatie. Je zet groepen aan het denken, reikt concrete methodieken aan en helpt scholen om leerlingenparticipatie sterker te maken in de praktijk.
  • Je helpt scholen de juiste ondersteuning vinden. Je luistert naar de vraag van een leerlingenraad, begeleider of school en helpt mee bepalen welk aanbod het best past. Je denkt mee na over hoe we ook nieuwe of minder bereikte scholen kunnen aanspreken en toeleiden naar ons vormingsaanbod.
  • Je zorgt dat onze organisatie actiever scholen, regio's of doelgroepen bereikt die we vandaag niet of weinig bereiken. Samen met collega's test je gerichte manieren om hen beter te bereiken en naar ons aanbod toe te leiden. Wat werkt, help je vertalen naar onze vaste communicatie- en wervingsaanpak.
  • Je evalueert je vormingen, deelt je ervaringen met collega's en signaleert waar materiaal beter, duidelijker of actueler kan. Je hoeft geen volledig nieuw aanbod van nul te ontwikkelen, maar helpt wel om bestaande vormingen sterker te maken.
  • Je draagt bij aan ons netwerk. Als je op stap gaat, ben je mee een gezicht van de Scholierenkoepel. Je zorgt ervoor dat scholen waar je komt zich welkom voelen in ons netwerk en dat signalen, vragen en ervaringen goed terugvloeien naar het team.

WIE ZOEKEN WE? 

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in onderstaande beschrijving of die het potentieel heeft om zich daartoe te ontwikkelen. Met dat in het achterhoofd ben je een geschikte kandidaat als je je herkent in volgende eigenschappen:

  • je gelooft in een actieve rol voor jongeren in hun eigen leef- en schoolomgeving;
  • je hebt ervaring met training of vorming geven aan jongeren;
  • je kan werken met verschillende doelgroepen (12-18 jarigen, leerkrachten, directies);
  • je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • je denkt graag mee na over communicatiestrategieën en voert die graag uit;
  • je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een menswetenschappelijke richting, of andere aantoonbare relevante expertise;
  • je durft initiatief nemen en kan zelfstandig, creatief en efficiënt werken;
  • je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen en een afspraak vast te leggen;
  • je bent graag op bezoek bij leerlingen, verschillende onderwijsinstellingen en organisaties;
  • je bent graag onderweg: je verplaatst je met het OV doorheen Vlaanderen, van de kust tot de Kempen.

The Department

MMMI

The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute is an internationally recognized institute, which has maintained a leading position in robotics for more than three decades. The institute is the origin of robotics research in Denmark and has spawned the world-renowned cluster of robotics in Odense with more than 130 robotics companies including Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots. Building on our expertise in AI, robotics and software, we have raised strong research centres in related domains, such as Health Informatics and Energy Informatics, Drones and other relevant research areas. 

SDU Robotics

SDU Robotics conducts research among others within the fields of robotics and computer vision. The unit focuses on research problems from real robotics applications within manufacturing industries, hospitals, elderly care, and other partners in society. The unit also focuses on Robot related vision technologies for facilitating industrial part feeding, automated product assembly, uncertainty aware quality inspection, and biomedical segmentation for diagnosis and robot control. 

SDU Robotics’ research involves mathematical modeling and control of robots, robotic processes and robot systems, human-robot interactions, computer vision for reliable inspection and robot control, and simulation technologies for robotics and computer vision aimed at closing the Sim2Real gap. Artificial Intelligence is widely applied within all research fields.

The tenure track programme the Faculty of Engineering is aimed at the most talented scholars who have established a high level in their current research and other professional work, and those who possess exceptional potential to achieve the highest international level within their research area.   • Commit to excellence in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including participation in teaching, development of new courses, and supervision of BSc, MSc, and PhD students.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on artificial intelligence, neuroscience, biochemistry and molecular biology, bioimaging, and across various domains, also in the framework of DIAS.

Qualifications

Successful applicants must: 

  • Hold a PhD or similar qualifications within relevant fields of data science such as AI and machine learning, neuroscience, physics and applied mathematics. Experience working within bioimaging is an advantage but not a precondition.

  • Demonstrate an outstanding track record to be qualified at the Assistant Professor level by the hiring time. SDU Applied AI and Data Science (SDU-AID)

SDU Applied AI and Data Science is one of MMMI’s 12 units and conducts interdisciplinary research in artificial intelligence and data science within the medical and energy sector, where we apply artificial intelligence and data science to improve procedures, provide information for decision makers and gain new knowledge.

SDU-AID’s backgrounds span from pure science (including mathematics and physics) to applied disciplines (such as biostatistics, epidemiology, computer science, and engineering). This gives the team a broad perspective on researching new, innovative solutions in a variety of fields.

Who are we looking for?

We seek a researcher with expertise in the field of materials chemistry, (photo)electrochemistry, spectro(photo)electrochemistry, spectroscopy of chemical compounds, or solar-to-X, who is eager to develop an excellent research career within the DIAS framework. Accordingly, teaching obligations will be minimized. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

Scientifically, the fellow is suggested to work in the field of electrochemical reactions for sustainable energy conversion, but to develop its own, curiosity driven research profile. The research should help to understand the underlying mechanisms governing (photo)electrochemical processes, including charge generation, separation, transfer, recombination, surface reactions, stability, and efficiency. A specific emphasis might be placed on applying in situ and in operando spectroscopic techniques at the lab-scale as well as at synchrotron facilities (e.g., XAS, Raman, XPS, UV-Vis, etc.) to identify reaction intermediates and correlate structure with their (photo)electrochemical performance. The research will involve advanced materials as catalysts, such as transition metal (oxy)nitrides, to provide fundamental insights that guide the rational design of efficient and stable (photo)electrochemical systems for pilot-scale studies. 

 

Qualifications

Successful applicants must: 

  • Hold a PhD or similar qualifications within relevant fields of materials chemistry, (photo)electrochemistry, spectro(photo)electrochemistry, spectroscopy of chemical compounds, or electrochemistry solar-to-X.

  • Have an excellent track record in related fields, supported by patents, first-author publications in reputed journals or similar

  • Possess proven hands-on experience in designing a measurement setups for beamlines, measurements, or data analysis. 

  • Show potential for attracting external research funding. Experience in applying for external funding and a strong international network are considered comparative advantages.

  • Have strong communication skills, a willingness to collaborate with other scientists and industry, and a strong interest in a long-term commitment to a growing research group.

  • Be fluent in English.

The Mads Clausen Institute

The Mads Clausen Institute covers research and education spanning from foundations to applications of engineering science. Most of our courses are taught in English, reflecting the fact that 75% of our students and staff are international. SDU NanoSYD, with about 30 coworkers, is located at SDU’s beautiful campus in Sønderborg, in the inspiring building of Alsion, which is a centre for science, culture, and learning in the heart of Sønderborg and perched on the strait of water separating the island of Als from the mainland. Besides being part of vibrant global science and technology networks, the institute also has very close relations with industries in Sønderborg, Southern Denmark, and Northern Germany.

The fellow will be embedded in the CatMatX Research Group led by Mirabbos Khujamberdiev focused on research into functional catalytic materials for sustainable energy conversion at SDU NanoSYD. This includes the synthesis and advanced characterization of transition metal (oxy)nitrides for applications like water splitting, ammonia decomposition, hydrogen production, etc. The research emphasizes understanding structure-property relationships and improving catalytic efficiency and stability. The Assistant Professor’s expertise in materials chemistry and related fields will complement these activities by providing mechanistic insights into charge transfer, reaction intermediates, catalyst dynamics, stability, and efficiency under in situ and in operando conditions. This integration will strengthen CatMatX’s ability to develop high-performance advanced materials guided by fundamental understanding. Simultaneously, this collaborative environment will strengthen interdisciplinary research and significantly enhance the group’s competitiveness in the field of catalytic materials.

Application, salary, and employment terms

The position is based at the Mads Clausen Institute, SDU NanoSYD, in Sønderborg and includes regular participation in DIAS and interdisciplinary collaboration. Employment is governed by the collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC).  The salary comprises a seniority-based base salary and a centrally agreed supplement. Persons employed in the position may, based on a specific individual managerial assessment, be exempted from time registration, also known as a “self-organizer”. Additional supplements may be negotiated locally. 

As of 1 November 2025, the annual salary for an Assistant Professor is DKK 470,849 (salary level 6), consisting of a base salary of DKK 409,267 and a supplement of DKK 61,581. All amounts are stated before tax, before added pension (18.07%), and any additional supplements. Pension contributions are paid by SDU, and both salary components (the annual salary and the supplement) are pensionable. The tenure track programme of the Faculty of Engineering is aimed at the most talented scholars who have established a high level in their current research and other professional work, and those who possess exceptional potential to achieve the highest international level within their research area. Candidates enter at the assistant professor level (for up to 6 years) and, upon successful completion, will be promoted to a permanent position as associate professor, subject to a positive assessment by an expert committee. Indicators of relevant scholarly merits include documented independent scholarly output, ground-breaking publications, achievement of excellence grants, and an international research network.


Teaching obligations will be reduced as compared to a standard assistant professorship at SDU, allowing for more time for research and leadership activities.

Missions de la fonction

Le/La responsable de projet Ressourcerie est responsable du déploiement opérationnel, humain et partenarial du projet pilote. Ses missions principales sont :

  • Piloter le démarrage et le développement du magasin pilote de ressourcerie ;
  • Assurer la gestion administrative, logistique et financière du projet en lien avec les financeurs ;

Tâches principales

Phase 1 - Ouverture du magasin pilote (2026)

Gestion de projet, administratif, logistique et GRH du lancement de projet

  • Formaliser les documents nécessaires à l'occupation du bâtiment : contrat de bail, permis, enseigne, etc ;
  • Veiller à l'installation et la mise en place du magasin : aménagement, matériel, disposition,etc... ;
  • Organiser les opérations de tri et de vente ;
  • Activer les partenariats d'approvisionnement : Terre asbl (textile), Restor, acteurs locaux ainsi que les apports volontaires des citoyens ;
  • Recruter et encadrer l'équipe initiale ;
  • Développer la com' en collaboration avec nos services et partenaires.

Suivi du projet pilote et reporting

  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire en collaboration avec le responsable de gestion ;
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs requis (volumes collectés/vendus, fréquentation, CA, emplois créés, impact territorial) ;
  • Rédiger les reportings narratifs ;
  • Préparer et instruire les dossiers pour les comités de pilotage avec les personnes ressources et comités d'accompagnement régional.

Partenariats et réseau territorial

Je observeert de kinderen, en geeft hen aangepaste activiteiten naargelang het ontwikkelingsniveau waarin het kind zich bevindt. Natuurlijk dien je je aandacht te verdelen over alle kindjes, maar het ene kind heeft al iets meer aandacht nodig dan het andere dat misschien al iets zelfstandiger is. Die zelfstandigheid probeer je mee te bevorderen. Je geeft de kindjes een goede structuur en stelt duidelijke grenzen.

Een goede communicatie is eveneens heel belangrijk. Je voert goede gesprekken, rapporteert de ontvangen informatie, en dit naar zowel je collega's, als je leidinggevende, als natuurlijk ook de ouders. Je mag zeker je mening uiten, maar luistert en respecteert ook de mening van anderen. Op deze manier bouw je een goede vertrouwensband op met iedereen rondom jou en werk je mee naar een fijne werkomgeving en leuke plaats waar de kindjes op een fijne manier kunnen opgroeien.

Ben jij een enthousiaste, vrolijke persoon met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin, en een héél groot hart voor kinderen? En beschik jij over een diploma van kinderverzorging of een gelijkgesteld attest? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken.

Wat kunnen wij aan jou bieden?

 

Je wordt aangeworven als technisch assistent (weddeschaal C1 - loonsimulatie) met een contract van bepaalde duur van 01.09.2026 tot en met 30.11.2026. Na een positieve evaluatie kan dit contract verlengd worden. 

We zoeken iemand die voltijds (100%) komt werken, maar 80% is ook mogelijk.
