ALGEMENE MISSIE:

Als opvangbegeleider vervult U een essentiële rol in het begeleiden en ondersteunen van kinderen gedurende hun schooldag op twee Nederlandstalige gemeentelijke basisscholen: De Kriek en Paviljoen. Dit omvat de opvang voor, tijdens en na schooltijd. Daarnaast bent U actief betrokken bij specifieke klassen binnen de basisschool waar U werkzaam bent. Onze gemeente en de basisschool hechten grote waarde aan het afstemmen van uw kwaliteiten en interesses op die van de klasleerkracht en de kinderen, om zo een optimale samenwerking te waarborgen.

Tijdens de krokus-, lente-, herfst- en wintervakanties bent U verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van een aantrekkelijk vakantieaanbod. Als Opvangbegeleider krijgt U de tijd en ruimte om hoogwaardige activiteiten voor te bereiden, zowel voor school- als vakantieperiodes. Binnen onze gemeente hechten we veel belang aan daguitstappen, waardoor kinderen nieuwe en verrijkende ervaringen kunnen opdoen. In nauwe samenwerking met 17 collega-opvangbegeleiders hebt U de mogelijkheid om gezamenlijk de activiteiten en uitstapjes te bepalen die U met de kinderen wilt ondernemen, met als doel een gevarieerd en aantrekkelijk activiteitenaanbod te bieden.

• Diploma lager secundair onderwijs;
• FR A2 minstens gewenst;

Mission:

Functie in het kort 

Het Team Internationaal van Broederlijk Delen in Brussel is samengesteld uit een teamleider, twee adviseurs internationale programma's en een verantwoordelijke institutionele fondsenwerving.  

De adviseurs internationale programma's ondersteunen en adviseren op strategisch, methodologisch en operationeel vlak de landenvertegenwoordigers (LV's) in de partnerlanden bij de ontwikkeling, implementatie en opvolging van landenprogramma's, vanuit de rol van procesbegeleider en sparringpartner. De adviseurs bewaken ook de goede wisselwerking tussen het beleid van Broederlijk Delen en de internationale praktijk. Een adviseur ondersteunt en rapporteert aan de teamleider internationaal en werkt nauw samen met de collega adviseur internationale programma's. 

Met deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een adviseur die specifiek zal werken op de programma's in de Afrikaanse partnerlanden (Senegal, Burkina Faso, DRC, Burundi, Oeganda) en Haïti. 

Broederlijk Delen werkt aan een herstructurering in de partnerlanden, de adviseursfunctie zal daarmee ook evolueren. 

 

Belangrijkste werkdomeinen  

Programmawerking, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) 

 

Taakomschrijving 

• Voor alle onderstaande taken focust de adviseur zich specifiek op de Afrikaanse partnerlanden van Broederlijk Delen (Senegal, Burkina Faso, DRC, Burundi, Oeganda) en Haïti. 
• Beleid en instrumenten uitwerken m.b.t. de ontwikkeling, implementatie en opvolging van de programma's in de partnerlanden. De LV's ondersteunen bij het gebruik hiervan.   
• Opvolgen van de implementatie van MEAL-systemen voor Team Internationaal en de teamleden in de partnerlanden hierbij ondersteunen. Waken over kwaliteit en coherentie van alle MEAL-processen over de partnerlanden heen.     
• Bijdragen aan interne kennisdeling over verschillende partnerlanden heen. 
• Adviseren van de teamleider over beslissingen in de partnerlanden, budgetten, operationele en strategische aspecten van de programma's en over het takenpakket van de teamleden.   
• Bijdragen aan de transitie in de partnerlanden van een organisatiestructuur met landenkantoren naar regiokantoren. 

 

Functie specifieke verwachtingen 

• Je hebt een masterdiploma of een evenwaardige voor de sector relevante vorming of ervaring. 
• Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring, waarvan minimaal drie jaar in het buitenland, bij voorkeur West- of Oost-Afrika, op het vlak van programmamanagement of capaciteitsversterking/-uitwisseling bij (inter)nationale organisaties. 
• Je beheerst de methodologische aspecten van programmawerk, zoals een veranderingstheorie en een logisch kader. Ervaring met outcome harvesting is een troef. 
• Je hebt ervaring met rapporteren aan donors. Ervaring met DGD strekt tot aanbeveling. 
• Kennis van onze inhoudelijke hoofdthema's (grondstoffen, agro-ecologie, mensenrechten) is een troef.  
• Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Spaans is een troef. 
• Je hebt een goede kennis van de gebruikelijke softwareprogramma's. 
• Je bent bereid om 2 keer per jaar naar een partnerland te reizen.

Votre fonction

Prendre en charge les soins infirmiers des bénéficiaires et l'administration des traitements ainsi que promouvoir les actions de santé, assurer une veille sanitaire et contribuer à la transmission d'informations entre les différents services internes et externes afin de garantir la continuité et la qualité des soins.

Vos tâches comprendront les aspects suivants :

Permanence et soins infirmiers aux bénéficiaires

• Rencontre individuellement les bénéficiaires pour une évaluation paramédicale (psycho-médico-sociale), cible les besoins, planifie les interventions et les met en place;
• Recueille un maximum d'informations et identifie la nature de l'aide à apporter en matière de soins et au besoin, prend les paramètres (tension, température, pouls, etc.) et les rapporte dans le dossier du patient;
• Oriente la personne, si nécessaire, vers le service pertinent interne ou externe;
• Organise la prise et la continuité des traitements le temps de la prise en charge;
• Prend des rendez-vous médicaux et en assure le suivi, tient l'agenda médical des bénéficiaires à jour et prévoit le transport et/ou accompagnement si nécessaire;
• Participe à la prise en charge des pathologies transmissibles : gale, varicelle, tuberculose, etc., et à la tenue du listing des personnes contact en cas de pathologie avérée chez un bénéficiaire;
• Prend contact avec le réseau médical et non médical du bénéficiaire pour obtenir et/ou donner un complément d'informations et assurer la continuité des soins;
• Prépare le bénéficiaire à sa sortie, l'informe de la date et prépare les documents nécessaires;
• Encadre éventuellement l'équipe des aides-soignant.e.s.

Promotion de la santé et veille sanitaire

• Observe et contrôle l'évolution de l'état de santé des bénéficiaires;
• Favorise l'autonomie du bénéficiaire dans sa prise en charge médicale notamment via l'éducation thérapeutique, l'utilisation et la mise en place du réseau de soins autour du bénéficiaire;
• Promeut et conseille le bénéficiaire sur la réduction des risques (assuétudes, toxicomanie, ....).

Administration générale 

• Traite les demandes d'hébergement pour raisons médicales en concertation avec l'équipe;
• Gère et complète le dossier infirmier

Entretien du matériel, du local infirmier et gestion de stock

• Désinfecte les instruments, la table d'auscultation, l'évier, etc.;
• Maintient le local infirmier et les instruments désinfectés et dans un état propre et rangé;
• Suit le stock médical courant

Gestion et prévention des conflits 

• Identifie les tensions et prévient les conflits;
• Maintient un climat sécuritaire et bienveillant

Communication, reporting et liason

• Participe aux réunions d'équipes et débriefings internes;
• Participe aux réunions de collaboration au projet médical (réunions médicales du site et du pôle, tables rondes médicales internes, réunions de réflexions sur la prise en charge des bénéficiaires, etc.)

Compétences techniques

• Possession du diplôme d'infimier.ère;

PROJECT

You work within the Department of Weapon Systems and Ballistics (ABAL) of the Royal Military Academy, and in close collaboration with the industrial and academic partners of the consortium. You conduct scientific research at university level on a project entitled 'RAPTOR'.

RAPTOR addresses the growing defence need created by the proliferation of drones that threaten civil and military security. The project aims to facilitate and accelerate the development of innovative weapon systems, specifically designed to neutralise these mobile air targets efficiently by integrating artificial intelligence in fire control algorithms and target designation. Four objectives structure the work: reducing the time-to-market, reducing the cost, remaining at the state of the art, and guaranteeing the performance of the weapon systems studied.

The incumbent will contribute to weapon system performance studies and test campaigns, provide fragmentation modelling that feeds the multi-source data fusion activities, characterise representative C-UAS operational scenarios drawn from the open literature, analyse the vulnerability and the survivability of drone targets, define the fragment patterns that maximise terminal effects, quantify aerodynamic coefficients, study collateral damage risk and contribute to the preparation, execution and exploitation of the experimental firing campaigns.

 

MAIN TASKS

• Model representative C-UAS operational scenarios on the basis of concrete cases available in the open literature, with a focus on the neutralisation phase.
• Analyse the vulnerability and the survivability of drone targets component by component, including the determination of critical thresholds and of the number of impacts required to reach a defined level of neutralisation.
• Perform fragmentation simulations with dedicated software and calibrate the analytical models on experimental results, in order to define the fragment patterns that maximise terminal effects.
• Contribute to the quantification of the aerodynamic coefficients used by the Point Mass model for fragmentation and by the 6DOF model for the ballistic trajectory.
• Quantify collateral damage and the associated risk probability, so that the choice of the engagement approach can be balanced against ballistic performance.
• Contribute to the elaboration of the test application document, participate in the firing campaigns and in the data acquisition, and support the post-processing and the writing of the test reports.
• Validate the simulations by reproducing the representative scenarios on the test range and by comparing simulated and experimental survivability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree(s) required: Master's degree in Engineering (Applied Sciences, Engineering Sciences), preferably in mechanical, aerospace, electromechanical or a closely related discipline.

This position is open for junior profiles (ideally 0-3 years of experience) and experienced profiles (ideally 3 years of experience minimum).

However, young graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Academic experience (projects, master's thesis) or professional experience in the numerical modelling and simulation of mechanical, aerodynamic or ballistic problems.
• Academic or professional experience in experimental test campaigns and data acquisition.
• Programming skills.

• Proficiency in the production of technical and/or scientific documents.

• Training or experience in ballistics, weapon systems or fragmentation modelling.
• Training or experience with drones, C-UAS systems or weapon systems performance.
• Training or experience with Split-X and/or Python.
• Training or experience in artificial intelligence.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• The researcher may be exposed to classified information and will therefore have to obtain the required security clearance. The candidate must consent with the background check required to obtain this clearance, which will be executed by Belgian Defense.
• Only applicants with a nationality of a country that is both part of NATO and the EU will be eligible.
• Working for the Patrimony requires living in Belgium for the duration of the study.

 

CONTRACT

• Probable date of recruitment: From 01/11/2026, in consultation with the applicant. 
• Status: Full-time employment based on an open-ended contract with the Patrimony of the Royal Military Academy (you will not be a civil servant).
• Wage scale: Salary scale: wage scale NA11 (holder of a Master's degree in Science or equivalent), or NA21 (holder of an Ir degree or equivalent Master's in Engineering Sciences, doctor's degree in the same area of expertise), with valuable / relevant seniority.  A salary simulation can be done here: Simulateur de salaire. RMA applies a merit-based research career track, allowing researchers to advance in wage scale based upon annual evaluations.

Educateur A1/A2

Être titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier éducateur spécialisé en accompagnement psycho-éducatif (Educ A1)

ou

Titulaire d'un diplôme ou d'un certificat d'études de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur à orientation sociale ou éducative, de plein exercice ou de promotion sociale. (Educ A2)

Pour tout diplôme étranger il faut obtenir l'équivalence en Belgique. Il est donc inutile de postuler sans cette condition indispensable.

Etre détenteur d'un extrait de casier judiciaire modèle 2 vierge.
