THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our operations team at our state-of-the-art facility in Gent Zeehaven. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide, inspire, and work alongside a dedicated team of warehouse professionals while ensuring operational excellence in our fast-paced international logistics environment.

Team Leadership: Coach and motivate warehouse staff to consistently achieve operational KPIs and quality standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Essential Requirements:

3 years of team leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
Forklift certification (or commitment to obtain certification within 30 days)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
Proven track record of meeting KPIs and managing operational deadlines
Physical stamina for hands-on warehouse work and extended periods on your feet
Flexible schedule - ability to work various shifts including occasional weekends
Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field or equal through experience
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
