Assist customers with gardening needs, provide product advice, promote and upsell items. Maintain displays, stock and cleanliness, process POS transactions, handle payments, support deliveries, care for plants, and ensure excellent customer service.

Welcome and greet customers warmly. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers are happy with their experience. Answer the phone. Listen carefully and handle any customer complaints professionally to find a solution.
