We are now looking for motivated and talented people to join our established Business Development team. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Growth Manager to capture and qualify customers coming through inbound leads, explore potential opportunities, and ensure a seamless handover between marketing and sales. You will act as a key bridge between the two functions, receiving, following up, and nurturing incoming leads to uncover further potential.
As a Business Development Representative at Attensi, you will be part of a strong and energetic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain highly valuable experience within sales and business development, develop your communication skills, and build strong business relationships. You will work with experienced colleagues, gain insight into multiple industries, and acquire skills and exposure that will benefit your future career.
Your day will involve qualifying inbound enquiries, nurturing prospects, and identifying business opportunities for Attensi across the UK, Europe, and the US. You will work with a variety of sectors and gain hands-on experience with forward-leaning commercial processes in a fast-paced, cutting-edge tech company.

What will you do?
Work closely with our Business Growth Manager to capture inbound leads, assess their needs, and identify further potential.
Serve as a key link between marketing and sales to receive, follow up and nurture incoming leads.
Support the Business Development team in driving sales activities and moving opportunities forward.
Support Business Development Directors in executing go-to-market strategies.
Build and execute engaging lead generation activities – refining messaging, delivering qualified leads.
Nurture existing prospects within the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm, engaged, and progress to a qualified lead.
Collaborate with our marketing team to increase the success of our digital marketing (inbound) campaigns.
Support the Business Development team with sales-related activities such as events, conferences, and other initiatives.
Who are you?
We are looking for high energy, motivated and solution-oriented people with a passion for business development and sales. You will have a curious and inquisitive mind, love to learn - and learn fast. You are a strong communicator, enjoy interacting with other people and build relationships easily. You thrive in a high-paced and dynamic environment, work well with others and love a good challenge.
You have a bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification.
You have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, other language capabilities are a bonus.
You are naturally solution oriented and driven to succeed.
You are inquisitive and not afraid to challenge established truths.
You have a good understanding of business and are comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Previous work experience with customer service, sales or similar is great, but not a requirement. As long as you bring the motivation, agility and willingness to learn, we can help you develop the skills.

Som leder for vår avdeling for Tactical Marketing and Sales Support får du et overordnet ansvar for å styrke selskapets globale markedsposisjon og bidra direkte til kommersiell verdiskapning. Du vil sikre at strategiske prioriteringer omsettes til effektive, målbare markedsaktiviteter som driver etterspørsel, salgs-leads og lønnsom vekst på tvers av regioner.
Vi søker en operativ og inspirerende leder som kombinerer strategisk forståelse med sterk gjennomføringsevne – og som motiveres av å skape dokumenterbare resultater i regulerte, internasjonale markeder.
Stillingen har globalt ansvar, rapporterer direkte til Chief Commercial Officer og arbeidssted vil være ved Medistim ASA sitt hovedkontor i Oslo.
Rollen – sentralt ansvar for global gjennomføring
Du vil:
- Lede og utvikle det globale teamet for Tactical Marketing and Sales Support
- Omsette strategi til konkrete, prioriterte og målbare handlingsplaner
- Drive integrerte, flerkanals kampanjer (digitale flater, e-post, betalte medier, sosiale medier, webinarer, konferanser)
- Sikre strukturert prosjektstyring og høy gjennomføringsevne globalt
- Optimalisere ytelse gjennom analyse, A/B-testing og kontinuerlig forbedring
- Samarbeide tett med produktledelse, salg og regionale team
- Videreutvikle bruk av markedsføringsteknologi, inkludert kunstig intelligens
- Sikre global merkevarekonsistens
- Ha ansvar for marketing automation, CRM, digitale annonseringsverktøy og analyse
- Planlegge og gjennomføre kunde- og salgstrening, støttet av et eget team av kliniske applikasjonsspesialister
- Bidra i utvikling av Instructions for Use inkludert design og versjonskontroll
Hvem ser vi etter?
Vi søker en erfaren markedsfører, fortrinnsvis med bakgrunn fra Life Science, MedTech, Diagnostics, Biotech eller Pharma.
Du har:
- Minimum 8 års erfaring fra taktisk/operativ markedsføring og salgsstøtte
- Bred ledererfaring, gjerne på tvers av landegrenser
- Erfaring med å generere etterspørsel og salgs-leads
- Erfaring med KPI-er som Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) og Return on Investment (ROI)
- Solid analytisk kompetanse
- Erfaring med marketing automation og CRM-systemer
- Evne til å formidle komplekse tekniske budskap på en tydelig måte
- Gode muntlige og skriftlige engelskkunnskaper

Als Marketing Coördinator speel je een centrale rol in het realiseren van de marketingstrategie. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van uiteenlopende commerciële projecten en campagnes. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Ownership nemen over marketingprojecten en -campagnes, waarbij je actief meedenkt over winkelcommunicatie, planning en merkconsistentie.
- Coördineren van de uitvoering van marketinginitiatieven, waarbij je waakt over de boodschap en kwaliteit.
- Ondersteunen van collega’s binnen het team en zorgen dat prioriteiten duidelijk blijven.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een ervaren marketingprofessional die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in marketing of communicatie, met eindverantwoordelijkheid over projecten.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in marketing of communicatie.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en brengt projecten tot een goed einde.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, zoekt graag dingen uit en hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen.

Voor een creatief en bruisend bedrijf in de eventsector zijn wij op zoek naar een getalenteerde Eventmedewerker die mee vorm wil geven aan unieke belevenissen!
Ben jij een echte organisator met oog voor detail én gevoel voor design? We zoeken een enthousiaste Allround Eventmedewerker die naast het helpen opzetten en afbreken van evenementen ook open staat voor de basisprincipes van grafisch ontwerp kan toepassen voor promotiemateriaal en communicatie.
- Actief meehelpen bij de opbouw en afbraak van events.
- Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van diverse evenementen, van planning en logistiek tot uitvoering.
- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, partners en deelnemers.
- Opstellen van draaiboeken en mee zorgen voor een vlotte praktische voorbereiding.
- Aanpassen en controleren van drukbestanden om alles klaar te maken voor productie.
- Meedenken over creatieve concepten en de visuele uitstraling van de evenementen.
- Je wilt graag een fysieke job uitoefenen met veel afwisseling.
- Je bent een echte doener: je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en helpt actief mee bij de organisatie van onze events; van opbouw tot afbraak en alles daartussen!
- Jij bent creatief én technisch onderlegd: met Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop,…) kunnen werken is een pluspunt.
- Flexibiliteit is jouw tweede natuur: een 9-to-5 mentaliteit? Niet jouw ding!
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
- Spreek je ook een aardig woordje Frans en Engels? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
