Vous rejoignez l’équipe comptabilité de la BU Health & Safety et votre manager sera Grégory Guyoto, Responsable Comptable de la BU Health & Safety. Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de transformation, nous recherchons 2 Comptables Généraux (F/H). Votre mission principale sera d’assurer la gestion comptable, le suivi et l’analyse des comptes ainsi que la production du reporting en lien avec les différents interlocuteurs internes. 1. Gérer la comptabilité générale de plusieurs entités Tenir la comptabilité de plusieurs holdings et sociétés commerciales ; Suivre et analyser les capitaux propres ; Enregistrer et contrôler les écritures de cut-off (FNP, CCA, PCA, produits à recevoir) ; Intégrer, cadrer et fiabiliser les écritures de paie ; Passer en revue l’ensemble des comptes et assurer les contrôles de cohérence ; Suivre la comptabilité analytique et expliquer les variations significatives. 2. Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles et le reporting Réaliser des clôtures mensuelles complètes dans des délais contraints ; Produire les états financiers mensuels à J+4 conformément aux normes françaises et aux exigences du groupe ; Identifier, analyser et documenter les écarts entre réalisé et prévisionnel ; Cadrer les flux et soldes intra-groupe ; Préparer et remonter les données financières dans l’outil de consolidation Amelkis Opéra ; Sécuriser la fiabilité des chiffres transmis au management. 3. Gérer la fiscalité courante et les obligations associées Calculer et déclarer la TVA mensuelle ; Calculer et suivre la Taxe sur les Véhicules de Sociétés (TVS) ; Calculer et déclarer la CVAE, la CFE, la C3S et la taxe foncière ; Calculer l’impôt sur les sociétés (IS) et la participation ; Anticiper les impacts fiscaux et comptables des opérations courantes ; Appliquer les normes comptables françaises et assurer leur correcte mise en œuvre. 4. Travailler en interface avec les équipes internes et externes Exploiter les données produites par les équipes comptabilité clients et fournisseurs ; Analyser ces données, identifier les anomalies et assurer leur correction ; Échanger avec les équipes internes (direction, RH, marketing, ventes) pour fiabiliser les informations financières ; Préparer les éléments nécessaires aux Commissaires aux comptes ; Répondre aux demandes des CAC lors des clôtures annuelles. Outils : XRP Flex, Cegid, Salesforces, Amelkis Opéra, Excel (niveau avancé) Ce que nous recherchons : Une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en comptabilité générale, idéalement dans un environnement multi-sociétés. Un intérêt pour les sujets de reporting et d’analyse, au-delà de la simple saisie comptable. Une capacité à évoluer dans un cadre structuré, avec des process existants, tout en s’adaptant à leurs évolutions. Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel, utilisé comme outil de travail quotidien pour les contrôles, cadrages et analyses (TCD, fonctions de recherche, etc). Une aptitude à gérer les priorités, à respecter les échéances de clôture et à produire des informations comptables fiables. Ce poste n'est pas fait pour vous si : Vous recherchez principalement des missions routinières, sans analyse ni remise en question des chiffres. Vous n’aimez pas travailler sur des clôtures sous contrainte de délais. Vous êtes peu à l’aise avec Excel et les outils bureautiques, ou vous évitez les fichiers de contrôle et de cadrage. Vous préférez travailler sans interaction régulière avec les équipes internes. Vous êtes réticent(e) à l’idée de faire évoluer vos méthodes de travail ou de vous adapter à de nouveaux outils et process. FUNCIONES:Preparar,aderezar y presentar los platos utilizando las técnicas idóneas,colaborar con el/la cocinero/a en el manejo de manera activa y profesional del personal bajo su responsabilidad,colaborar en los pedidos y conservación de materias primas y productos de uso en la cocina,revisar y controlar el material de uso en la cocina,comunicando cualquier incidencia,revisar diariamente la conservación de los alimentos,colaborar en la planificación de menús y cartas,colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios y en las compras,hacer seguimiento y cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad.
