Postdoctoral Fellow in Immunology and Bioinformatics
A three-year postdoctoral position in immunology and bioinformatics is available at the Neuroimmunology Research Group at Akershus University Hospital. The position is financed by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and involves a collaborative project between Akershus University Hospital and the University of Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research of high scientific and clinical relevance.
We are seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join an ambitious project aimed at advancing our understanding of human immunoglobulin genes. The postdoc’s primary focus will be to develop computational pipelines to analyze immunoglobulin gene variation and its role in autoimmune disease, including multiple sclerosis. Although immunoglobulin genes are central to antibody structure and function, their extensive genetic variability remains underappreciated and has important implications for autoimmunity, infectious diseases, and vaccine development.
In addition, the postdoc will contribute to projects involving analysis of high-dimensional single-cell sequencing and multi-omics data. We foster an environment that values creative freedom and encourage postdocs to pursue innovative ideas and approaches. We also welcome applicants with a strong biology background and foundational programming skills who are eager to enhance their computational skills.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist who can do two things exceptionally well: drive demand through paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) that efficiently converts prospects into leads, and build operational excellence through HubSpot mastery, marketing automation, and data-driven optimization.
This is a hands-on, execution role where you build campaigns, optimize funnels, clean data, create workflows, and report on performance. You'll be given clear strategic direction from our Head of Marketing, and your job is to make it happen with technical excellence.
What you'll do
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, and LinkedIn, deciding how to allocate, when to scale, and when to cut.
Own HubSpot CRM as the expert, administrator, and architect — organising leads, implementing lead scoring, creating lifecycle stages, and building automated nurture workflows.
Build and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, forms, and conversion points across the website to improve performance.
Track everything — campaign performance, channel attribution, conversion rates, and funnel metrics. Build dashboards for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Coordinate with our SEO agency to implement technical recommendations and grow organic traffic.
Test, measure, optimize — continuous A/B testing of ads, landing pages, emails, and forms to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Must-Have:
✅ 3+ years performance marketing or marketing operations - you've managed significant ad budgets and delivered results.
✅ HubSpot expertise - certified, deep knowledge of automation, workflows, and CRM.
✅ Proven paid ads experience - specifically Google Ads and Meta, with portfolio showing campaigns you've managed and results achieved.
✅ Analytical and data-driven - comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, attribution modeling, A/B testing.
✅ Hands-on executor - you build campaigns, write ad copy (short-form), create landing pages, set up workflows yourself.
✅ Process-oriented - you create systems, document processes, and build for scale.
Nice-to-haves:
B2B experience - longer sales cycles, higher consideration purchases. SEO knowledge and CRO/landing page optimization experience SQL or advanced analytics skills (BigQuery, data warehousing) Coffee industry knowledge (helpful but not required )
We are looking for:
📊 Data-driven optimizer You make decisions based on performance metrics. You enjoy dashboards, testing, and continuous improvement.
🔧 Hands-on builder You're comfortable executing in tools daily: building campaigns, creating workflows, setting up tracking, and optimizing performance.
⚡ Speed + iteration mindset You test fast, learn quickly, and iterate. Done is better than perfect, but you still maintain high-quality standards.
🎯 Results-focused executor You care about leads, conversion rates, and revenue.

Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re now looking for a Data Integration & Analytics Manager to help us shape the future of Tise as we integrate into the broader eBay ecosystem 🚀
In this role, you’ll own the data integration between Tise and eBay, and operate as the analytics function. You’ll standardize definitions and reporting across teams and serve as the single source of truth for integration metrics, alignment tracking, and executive-ready content.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity — building the foundation for data-driven integration across two dynamic organizations.
What you will accomplish:
Own data integration and definitions alignment across Tise and eBay to establish consistent metrics taxonomies and reporting standards; stand up alignments and business reporting capabilities for launch and post-close execution.
Build and maintain scorecard, ensuring quarterly updates post-close and alignment to the integration operating model; provide content for weekly integration forums and bi-monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) as required.
Partner with multiple teams to produce executive-ready deliverables (scorecards, SteerCo packs, metrics dashboards) covering standalone and alignment performance.
Contribute to central integration governance by preparing materials, minutes, templates, and action tracking across weekly cross-functional meetings, SteerCo, and quarterly MAC forums; keep trackers audit-ready per eMIT standards.
Track and report integration metrics and achievements, alignment targets, risks/heatmap highlights, and progress status for leadership forums.
Develop dashboards and reports by market to support additional launches, including active buyers/sellers, online GMV/listings, acquisition/retention, and marketing allocation impact, ensuring provable linkage to the deal model and quarterly scorecards.
Ensure controls and compliance in reporting, maintaining documentation, RASCI, and audit-ready outputs (finance, legal/privacy, risk/compliance), aligned with public company standards and integration playbooks.
Support product/tech integration analytics for foundational tech/security workstreams (e.g., sign-in with eBay, customer data platform alignment), providing measurement frameworks for readiness and performance where applicable.
What you'll will bring:
5+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, data operations, or business intelligence — ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or M&A integration contexts.
Proven experience building executive scorecards and governance reporting (SteerCo, quarterly business reviews, portfolio scorecards) and partnering with FP&A on P&L-linked critical metrics.
Advanced skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio), data modeling, and pipeline design, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable reporting.
Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with strong program management and partner engagement skills across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — able to distill complex information into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
Preferred experience:
Prior exposure to M&A scorecard frameworks (MAC) and integration governance cadences (weekly cross-functional, SteerCo, quarterly scorecards).
Familiarity with ICE budget tracking and cost center governance; comfort working with SAP migration timelines and public-company reporting standards.
Experience partnering with product/engineering on analytics instrumentation during integration and launch phases (identity, CRM, CS migration, trust/safety measures).
Why apply for this role?
Work closely with both Tise and eBay, gaining unique insight into one of the most exciting integrations in the Nordic tech scene.
Be part of a dedicated and passionate team that combines purpose with innovation.
Enjoy a vibrant Oslo HQ, competitive compensation, and a culture that values autonomy, humor, and trust.
Let’s create the best second-hand marketplace in the world — together 💚
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you! Apply by submitting your CV and cover letter, in english. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the deadline is 10.11.2025.
