Gi Group filiale di Jesi seleziona per organico interno: STAGE RISORSE UMANE Descrizione del ruolo: Siamo alla ricerca di un/una giovane e motivato/a stagista da inserire nel nostro team Risorse Umane. La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di supportare il team nelle attività di gestione e sviluppo del personale, acquisendo competenze pratiche e conoscenze specifiche del settore HR. Attività principali: Supporto nel processo di ricerca e selezione del personale (screening CV, gestione colloqui, ecc.); Gestione e aggiornamento del database candidati; Supporto nella pianificazione e organizzazione della formazione aziendale; Assistenza nelle attività amministrative legate al personale (gestione documenti, contratti, ecc.); Requisiti richiesti: Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito Risorse Umane, Psicologia, Economia o discipline affini (anche in corso di completamento); Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli; Buone doti comunicative e relazionali; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Cosa offriamo: Formazione on-the-job in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante; Possibilità di acquisire competenze specifiche nel settore HR; Rimborso spese di Euro 600 e buoni pasto; Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'azienda.
