Supervises floor operations, coordinates staff, ensures excellent guest service, manages reservations, handles customer issues, monitors cleanliness and safety, and supports smooth, efficient service during shifts.

Delivery of catering equipment

The main responsibility of a theatre assistant is to carry out departmental duties as required, and when requested by immediate supervisor, including any other duties that may be required by the department.

To effectively control costs and purchase equipment

Oversees daily bar operations, manages staff, ensures excellent customer service, maintains inventory, enforces safety and hygiene standards, handles cash and reporting, and trains team members to deliver high-quality beverage service efficiently.
