What you will do: Reporting functionally to the Market Head Southern Europe and locally to the Desk Head EU International, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and pro-actively managing a profitable portfolio of Italian Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients for HSBC Private Bank in Luxembourg. You will work closely with other HSBC Global Private Banking entities and Group business lines to achieve overall growth targets, in line with the GPB Italian Market Strategy. La maîtrise de l'anglais et/ou de l'allemand est un avantage. ● La connaissance de la législation Payroll serait un avantage. Responsibilities • Set up of an account with the various MIBL custodians and MIBL internal systems: • Account openings • Account amendments • Account closures • Preparation of various account opening related documents. • Setup and Maintenance of Standing Instructions. • LEI Creation and Maintenance. • Network Profile Creation and Maintenance. • Daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders on account opening related matters. • Update and improve the internal working procedures, manuals, and checklists. • Set up and maintenance of Custody Connect accounts. • Support and deputize the team leader with varied related duties as needed for ad hoc reports or projects. Qualifications • Prior experience (at least 5 years) in Custody business. Required Skills • Ability to deal with custodians, customers, and service providers. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Team player & excellent communication skills. • Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure. • Good overview and understanding of financial instruments used within the banking/financial sector as well as understanding of related transactions. • Good organization skills. • Ability to prioritize. • Dynamic and results oriented.
