The Swedish House of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics seeks applications for full-time pre-doctoral research analyst positions in empirical financial economics, to start on or after 1 July 2026 (subject to agreement). The positions will suit intellectually curious candidates who intend to gain experience of research in (financial) economics before applying to a top-level PhD program in economics, finance, or another social science. As a research analyst, you will be working on cutting-edge data-intensive research projects in collaboration with fellow pre-docs and under the supervision of Associate Professor Marieke Bos and Professor Ramin Baghai. The topics include the behavioral economic drivers of debt and default, as well as the relationship between corporate financial decisions, mental illness, and the risk-taking of employees and their families. A pre-doc position serves as an ideal bridge between university and PhD program for students interested in empirical research in economics or finance. Our previous pre-docs are now either enrolled in top-level PhD programs or working in industry as data scientists or financial analysts. The successful candidates will be based full time in Stockholm. Job qualifications Applicants should be completing (or have recently completed) a Master’s degree with a focus on (financial) mathematics, mathematical finance, (mathematical) statistics, economics or an equivalent degree (e.g. computer science) that includes a significant share of programming. The AI Engineer role is centered around the survey, design, development and optimization of state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms (i.e..GEO-FM/VLM/LLM,…) to enhance current workflow on EO imagery processing and environmental dataset and metadata generation. The candidate will work on the development of deep learning and AI processes to support the generation of innovative new data derived information. Missions (objectif principal du poste) : -Traitement et suivi de la paie du personnel non médical et médical -Contrôle de la paie (contrôle de cohérence des données) -Contrôle et suivi des bulletins de paie négatifs (analyse et rédaction des courriers individuels) -Suivi et envoi de la déclaration sociale nominative (DSN) -Codification d'éléments bruts de paie (diverses primes, plages additionnelles, déplacements) -Conception et mise à jour de fichiers des éléments de paie bruts (vacations, déplacements PM, astreintes PNM) -Traitement de la prime de service et élaboration d'une synthèse des étapes du calcul -Transmission des informations dans le respect du secret professionnel -Rédaction et mise en forme des notes, de documents, de courriers et de procédures -Diffusion de documents spécifiques au service (ex. : bulletin d'information de l'éditeur de paie le NUMIH) -Transmission des nouvelles codifications de la paie aux gestionnaires paie -Organisation et animation des réunions mensuelles DRH / DAM -Transmission des éléments de paie au contrôleur de gestion -En lien avec le contrôleur de gestion, mise à jour de la cartographie et des procédures paie à transmettre aux commissaires aux comptes (CAC) -Réalisation de synthèse mensuelle pour le service des Finances -Management et encadrement de l'équipe de gestionnaires paie -Mise à jour des maquettes dans le logiciel RH (Agirh) suivant les demandes Activités (liste des activités et tâches afférentes au poste) : -Informer et conseiller les professionnels, les cadres dans son domaines d'activité -Elaboration de la synthèse des données en vue des évaluations annuelles de la prime de technicité et les indemnités de résultat, transmission à l'encadrement, contrôle et saisie des données -Calcul, contrôle et suivi des primes de direction -Appliquer la réglementation et/ou les protocoles établis dans son domaine d'activités -Former les gestionnaires paie aux nouvelles versions du logiciel paie et développer leur pratique -Evaluation de provisions allocations de retour à l'emploi (ARE) pour transmission à la DAF -Intégration automatique des données de paie et contrôle par requête (factures crèche) -Réalisation du budget prévisionnel des frais de personnel de la Crèche -Assistance, conseil et formation des équipes, des utilisateurs, spécifiques au domaine d'activités -Evaluation des dépenses engagées (dépenses à rattacher à l'exercice précédent) -Calcul des indemnités de licenciement -Refacturation des frais de personnel au GIE/Scanner et au centre de traitement textile hospitalier (CTTH) -Elaboration des avis de somme à payer et suivi des recettes dans le cadre des remboursements des temps partiels et des congés paternité avec le FEH -Référent pour les demandes des CAC -Etude règlementaire et contrôle des demandes (congés bonifiés, allocation parent enfant handicapé, IFTS, NBI, prime spécifique liée à la fonction ou au grade) -Simulation salariale individuelle -Elaboration de requêtes à la demande des services pour contrôle de leurs données (logiciels RH Look, BO) Les domaines de compétence : Les savoirs (ensemble des connaissances générales ou spécialisées qu'il importe de posséder) : -Concevoir, piloter et évaluer un projet -Fixer des objectifs, mesurer les résultats, évaluer les performances collectives et/ou individuelles et valoriser les compétences -Piloter, animer, communiquer, motiver une ou plusieurs équipes Les savoirs faire (Maîtrise de méthodes et d'outils dont l'utilisation est nécessaire pour la bonne tenue du poste) : -Gestion des priorités et des échéances -Savoir maîtriser les outils du SIRH (Agirh), Excel, QL, BO, RHLOOK -Maitrise des logiciels de bureautique (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Les savoirs être (attitudes et comportements des personnes au travail) : -Discrétion et secret professionnel -Dynamisme -Organisation -Ecoute -Disponibilité -Rigueur -Loyauté -Bonnes aptitudes sur le plan relationnel -Travail en équipe Horaires : -Durée moyenne hebdomadaire de référence : 39h00 -Nature des horaires : fixe -Détail des horaires : 8h30-17h30 -Amplitude horaire : 8 heures -Repos hebdomadaires : fixe -Astreintes et/ou permanences : non Merci de transmettre votre candidature (CV + lettre de motivation) avant le 15 avril 2026 à l'adresse suivante : * Contrat : CDD;CDI;Mutation
