Technical Team Lead night shift

As Technical Lead in the night shift, you will be the team lead of all technical profiles (8 people) in this shift in order to maximize production output while ensuring compliance with defined quality standards. You will coordinate and coach all technical profiles and manages the escalations. More specifically, you will:

  • Ensure that equipment performance meets targets and minimize manufacturing failures.
  • Support in technical issues on the shop-floor and managing the escalation flow.
  • Develop and coach technical personnel to reach higher team results.
  • Be responsible for the administration of the personnel in the shift - holidays, sick leaves, transportation, competency review, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate escalations with other departments to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Distribute the technical tasks among technical personnel in the shift, setting up team priorities, and making follow-ups on the progress during the shift.
  • Participate in improvement projects. Support the recruitment of technical personnel if needed.
  • Support / lead the local certification process (depending if there is a training department on site or not).

Your profile

  • Relevant Bachelor degree or Technician with around 5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Good knowledge of technical coaching principles.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration and targeted mentoring skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office/Google. 
  • Good understanding of English.
  • Ability to use all necessary job-related tools and make precise manual adjustments.
  • Analytical, logical, and interpretive mindset for complex technical data.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical activities on a shift or zone level.
