Mission générale En tant qu'Animateur Régional, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la réalisation des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires de votre secteur. Vos missions principales * Élaborer et réaliser les tournées merchandising : ajuster les plans de tournée, organiser les plannings et reportings, informer le Chef des Ventes Régional (CVR) des programmes établis, participer aux implantations si nécessaire. * Assurer le reporting : établir et consolider les reportings hebdomadaires et rapports d'activité des merchandiseurs et implanteurs, à destination du CVR et de la direction commerciale. * Encadrer et motiver les collaborateurs : accompagner le développement des compétences, suivre les process, diffuser les informations nécessaires à la gestion des tournées, veiller à la bonne application des plans marketing et merchandising. * Superviser, en lien avec le CVR, les réseaux de vente et organiser la coordination des actions commerciales définies par la direction commerciale. * Garantir une communication fluide entre les équipes terrain, l'administration des ventes, la direction commerciale et marketing. * Contrôler l'application des règles de sécurité routière et veiller à la bonne utilisation du matériel professionnel (téléphone, véhicule, outils digitaux).
