Nous recherchons un(e) Educateur(trice) de Jeunes Enfants pour rejoindre le pôle parentalité à compter du 1er juin 2026, dans le cadre d'un CDI à temps plein.
Vos missions :
Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire engagée et bienveillante, vous accompagnez les enfants accueillis dans leur développement global et soutenez activement le lien avec leur famille, en contribuant à la mise en œuvre de leur projet personnalisé.
Vous intégrez le pôle parentalité, composé de 5 professionnels, dédié à l'accompagnement des familles et au soutien de la fonction parentale.
Vos principales missions :
- Participer à l'élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du projet personnalisé de chaque enfant, en lien avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Accompagner et soutenir la relation enfant-parents lors des visites médiatisées, semi-médiatisées ou des temps de rencontre, en favorisant des interactions de qualité
- Contribuer activement aux actions du pôle parentalité visant à soutenir, valoriser et renforcer les compétences parentales
- Observer et évaluer les compétences parentales, analyser les interactions et contribuer à la rédaction des écrits professionnels (rapports, notes d'observation, bilans)
- Garantir la sécurité physique, affective et psychique des enfants, notamment lors des temps de médiation
- Mettre en place des actions éducatives favorisant le développement de l'enfant et le maintien ou la restauration du lien familial
- Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire, assurer la coordination des actions autour de l'enfant et participer aux réunions institutionnelles
- Être force de proposition dans l'évolution des pratiques d'accompagnement à la parentalité
- Participer à la réflexion institutionnelle et à l'amélioration continue des pratiques professionnelles

As a key member of our team, you will support the Chief Information Security Officer by executing day-to-day activities across governance, risk and compliance, and technical security domains. Key responsibilities
- Maintain and curate security evidence in SharePoint (policies, procedures, standards, control evidence, audit artefacts).

Who you are
Experience and qualifications
- 5+ years in information security, IT risk, compliance, or a related assurance role.

- Familiarity with regulated environments and operational resilience expectations (DORA awareness).

For a DFG-funded project of the TRR425 initiative “DEFINE” (Desmosomal dysfunction in epithelial barriers), the research group headed by Prof. Dr. med. Dr. (PhD) Daniel Kotlarz at the Comprehensive Childhood Research Center of the Dr. von Hauner Children’s Hospital (CCRC Hauner) is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and intellectually curious
Postdoc in translational research in childhood IBD & epithelial barrier biology.
The overall goal of our interdisciplinary and international research group is to explore molecular causes in children with life-threatening very early onset inflammatory bowel disease (VEO-IBD). Our laboratory applies human genetics, multi-omics technologies, and state-of-the-art preclinical models to decode molecular disease mechanisms and translate discoveries into improved diagnostics and targeted therapies for children with this intractable condition.
The project will be conducted within the vibrant research environment of the CCRC-Hauner (>130 interdisciplinary scientists) that has an outstanding track record in translational sciences and provides state-of-the-art core facilities (CF) (e.g., NGS, flow cytometry, microscopy). In parallel, we have a bioinformatics team at Helmholtz Munich that supports all projects leveraging advanced multi-omics, computational biology, and AI-driven infrastructures within the Computational Health Center, an emerging European hub for AI-driven precision medicine (>40 PIs). Our institutes follows the guiding mission "Concept Pediatrics – the Child at the Center of Science", bridging fundamental discovery with patient-oriented clinical applications.
You will take a leading role in driving innovative experimental strategies to dissect epithelial barrier dysfunction and immune–epithelial interactions in VEO-IBD.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Designing and executing experiments using CRISPR/Cas9 and viral genome engineering
· Differentiating, culturing and manipulating human intestinal organoids
· Establishing and analyzing immune cell-organoid co-culture systems and infection models
· Investigating epithelial barrier integrity, junctional dynamics, and signaling pathways
· Applying advanced imaging and molecular techniques
· Performing and supporting studies in mouse models of intestinal inflammation
· Analyzing complex datasets (e.g., RNA-seq, proteomics, interactomics) in collaboration with our bioinformatics team

Your tasks and responsibilities
- With your main focus, you will perform build model activities such as aerodynamics modelling for the manoeuvre loads computation models.
- You will perform manoeuvre loads calculations covering our fleet from a very early design stage until certification.
- You will support research and technology aspects with new aircraft configuration assessments, new services, model based system engineering, automation, and machine learning.
- You would also support airlines through Airbus Customer Services by carrying out L&A analyses of in-service events:
- Contribute to Loads In-Service Support with trouble shooting activities in the L&A design office context for development and production flight test and in-service aircraft, perform related L&A assessments.
- Engage for timely response to engineering queries as on-call engineer for Loads In-Service Support.
Desired skills and qualifications
- You have a Master degree in the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and have already shown a strong interest in aerodynamics and/ or steady state aeroelasticity by the selection of your master thesis content.

Job Description:
As Engineering Quality Manager (EQM) UAS and EuroDrone at Airbus Defence and Space, you are responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire engineering lifecycle of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and the EuroDrone program. You ensure compliance with quality and development standards, processes, and regulations, contributing significantly to the delivery of reliable and safe products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Quality & Process Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and development standards such as EN 9100, ARP4754, DO-178C, and DO-254
- Support development, certification, and airworthiness activities in accordance with EMAR Part 21/145
- Plan and execute audits, process assurance reviews, and quality gates
- Drive preventive quality measures (Right-First-Time, APQP, FMEA)
Engineering Quality Activities:
- Monitor requirements traceability and ensure proper allocation of quality requirements
- Support and assess technical reviews and process assurance activities
- Collaborating with development, systems engineering, and test teams to integrate quality throughout the entire product development process
- Train and raise awareness among the EuroDrone community regarding quality requirements and processes.
- Support tool qualification and verification/testing activities
- Ensure conformity documentation and audit readiness
- Facilitate peer reviews and track quality findings
System, Software & Hardware Assurance:
- Ensure compliant system, software, and hardware plans and development processes
- Monitor software lifecycle and compliance with DO-178C
- Ensure hardware process compliance with DO-254
- Manage non-conformities, deviations, and configuration control
- Supporting the qualification of suppliers and subcontractors
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain process assurance documents such as SyPAP (System Process Assurance Plan), SyPAD (System Process Assurance Dossier), SQAP (Software Quality Assurance Plan), and HPAP (Hardware Process Assurance Plan).
- Collect and analyze quality data and evidence.
- Create reports and records for quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the defense aerospace environment
- Sound knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., EN 9100, AQAP 2310),
- Experience with process assurance, software quality assurance, and hardware quality assurance. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ARP4754A, DO-178, DO-330, DO-254).
- Knowledge of relevant defense aviation regulations (e.g., EMAR Part 21/145) would be a plus
- Experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and/or large-scale aviation programs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex technical information.
- Knowledge of conducting audits and reviews.
- Ability to work independently and structured
- Fluent English skills in speaking and writing. German or Spanish skills would be a plus
