Vi har steder i Tivoli, på Fisketorvet, Nørrebro og i Aarhus. Vores mad produceres fra bunden i vores centralt beliggende centralkøkken i Kødbyen. Din profil

• Du har erfaring fra Fast-Food/Street Food-branchen og erfaring med personaleledelse.

• Du er en arbejdsom ledertype, der ikke er bange for selv at smøge ærmerne op og stå i madboderne, når der er travlt – du leder ved at vise vejen.

• Du evner samtidig at strukturere, uddelegere og oplære dit team.

• Du er systematisk, velorganiseret og stærk i din kommunikation.

• Du er ærlig, proaktiv og tager naturligt ejerskab over driften.

Rollen og ansvaret

Dette er ikke et kontorjob – du får din daglige gang ude i driften tæt på maden, gæsterne og personalet. Dine opgaver inkluderer:

• Daglig drift og ledelse: Du står selv i boderne og sikrer den høje standard i arbejdstiden.

• Kvalitetskontrol: Sikring af tæt koordination og flow mellem centralkøkkenet og madboderne.

• Teamledelse: Oplæring, motivering og fastholdelse af et team på ca. 25 medarbejdere.

• Overordnet drift: Uddelegering og styring af varebestilling, lager, egenkontrol, rengøring og vedligeholdelse.

About Us

We are passionate about Asian Street Food and operate three strong brands:

We have locations across Tivoli, Fisketorvet, Nørrebro, and Aarhus. All our food is prepared from scratch in our central production kitchen located in Kødbyen (Meatpacking District). We heavily value consistent flavor, fair pricing, and fast execution. Our stalls are fast-paced, so strong team execution and smooth daily operations are essential.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can drive results and lead by example in an international, high-energy environment.

Your Profile

• Proven experience within the Fast Food or Street Food industry, including team management experience.

• A hardworking, "lead-from-the-front" mindset—you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and work directly in the stalls when it’s busy.

• Able to structure, delegate, and train a high-performing team.

• Systematic, well-organized, and a proactive communicator.

• Honest, driven, and naturally eager to take full ownership of daily operations.

The Role & Responsibilities

This is not an office job—your daily routine takes place directly on the floor with the food, guests, and staff. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily Operations & Leadership: Active shifts in the food stalls ensuring high standards and smooth execution.

• Quality Control: Coordinating closely with our central production kitchen to ensure optimal flow and consistency.

• Team Management: Onboarding, training, and motivating a team of approximately 25 employees.

• Operational Oversight: Managing and delegating tasks such as stock orders, inventory control, food safety/hygiene compliance (egenkontrol), and general maintenance.
