The Role
This is a daytime housekeeping position, with working hours typically between 11:00 and 16:30 with some flexibility earlier or later when needed.
You will:
• Handle linen, waste, and supply distribution
• Assist with supplies and team efficiency
• Respond to ad hoc tasks and support where needed
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team atmosphere

We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and takes ownership of their work.
You:
Have experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred but not required)
Work well in a physically active and fast-paced environment
Are dependable and follow through on what you start
Take responsibility for completing your work to a high standard
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds

Practical Information
Working hours typically 11:00–16:30
Approximately 15-20 hours per week in average (Fixed schedule 3 days one week and 4 days the following week)

Job Description:
Are you a problem-solver who likes to fix things? Do you have a service mindset, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn?
LifeX is seeking a new Maintenance Assistant for our Service Team based in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of our apartments in Copenhagen, working closely with the rest of our service team, which includes our Service Managers, Maintenance Coordinators, and housekeepers.
Some of the tasks you will face
Repairing/replacing a wide range of items around our apartments, from window hooks and lightbulbs to wardrobes
Delivery of various items
Installation/ troubleshooting of wifi routers
Installation of furniture, curtains, lamps, etc.
Communicating updates of maintenance issues with our members via our app
Meeting technicians for appointments
Any other smaller ad hoc tasks surrounding the upkeep of our apartments
Bicycling with cargo bike & e-bike in all weather conditions
Very basic plumbing maintenance, fx. unclogging drains & troubleshooting of washing machines and other appliances (technician skills not required but welcomed)
About you
You can work independently and proactively, as well as with a team.
You enjoy hands-on work and are a natural problem-solver who likes to learn new things.
Customer service-oriented, as you will frequently interact with our members in their homes.
You have a distinct sense of order and responsibility.
Good manual skills as well as being competent with technology
Previous hospitality, building, or facility management experience or education is preferred but not required; being a DIY-er also works.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude combined with a practical approach to tasks at hand
Are a capable bicyclist & preferably have a driver’s license.
High level of English, both spoken and written. Danish skills are a plus but not a necessity.
Already located in the Copenhagen area and have the right to work in Denmark.
