Don't wait until the busyness catches up with you again. The summer holidays are over. Perhaps you enjoyed long evenings, dinners, barbecues, a good glass of wine, and a bit more relaxation than usual. That is part of it, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, many entrepreneurs, managers, and busy professionals notice the same thing after the holidays: fitness has declined somewhat, clothes fit a bit tighter, energy levels are lower, and the healthy routine from before the vacation has disappeared. And it is precisely at that moment that the daily hustle and bustle often increases again. Work piles up, schedules fill up, children go back to school, and social obligations demand attention. Before you know it, you are postponing your workout to "next week" again. You know what you need to do, but it doesn't happen. For many successful people, knowledge is not the problem. You probably know perfectly well that sufficient exercise, healthy power supply and a good recovery are important. You have read articles, listened to podcasts, and perhaps already tried to make a fresh start multiple times. However, it proves difficult to sustain this structurally. Not due to a lack of motivation, but because other responsibilities constantly take precedence. Your business, career, family, and social life demand daily attention. And often, you are the one who ends up last on the priority list. You often pay the price of that without realizing it. Many people accept symptoms that are actually not normal: ✔ You are tired more often than you would like. ✔ You have less energy at the end of the w...
